The company operates an extensive network of representative offices, hangars, shop facilities, and one of the largest independent line maintenance station networks across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and Canada.<br>We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager – Africa to drive commercial growth, expand our client base, and strengthen FL Technics’ presence across African aviation markets.<br>This position is intended for an experienced commercial professional with proven sales experience and an established business network across Africa. Candidates without relevant African market experience will not be considered.<br>YOUR TASKS:<br>You will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and developing relationships to negotiating agreements, closing deals, and growing key accounts across African markets.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>Drive business development and sales activities across African aviation markets Identify, approach, and convert prospective airlines, operators, and aviation partners into long-term clients Use existing regional knowledge and professional networks to generate qualified business opportunities Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards agreed commercial targets Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market opportunities and company objectives Promote FL Technics’ MRO and related service offerings to prospective and existing clients Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Build strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and market visits Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and support contract closure Represent FL Technics at exhibitions, conferences, client meetings, and industry events across Africa Collaborate with internal operational and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements Track commercial performance and provide accurate forecasts, reports, and market updates<br>WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:<br>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management Proven sales and business development experience within African markets is mandatory Strong knowledge of the African business environment and established regional networks Aviation, airline, MRO, or another technical B2B industry background is strongly preferred Proven ability to generate leads, develop pipelines, and convert opportunities into revenue Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and presentation skills Commercial mindset with good analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to understand complex client requirements and develop tailored commercial solutions Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently across diverse markets Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Africa for client visits, exhibitions, and industry events<br>LOCATION AND TRAVEL:<br>The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires regular business travel across African destinations throughout the year.<br>WORKING AT FL TECHNICS:<br>Opportunity to play a key role in expanding a global aviation business across Africa Exposure to international markets and high-value B2B opportunities Access to internal training and professional development Supportive and internationally experienced team Additional benefits, including medical insurance and applicable company allowances and benefits

Own the design and adaptation of paid media assets, translating broader marketing campaign creative into social-friendly, performance-focused paid media directions. Develop static and motion graphics and short-form animated content that bring campaigns, launches, and social moments to life. Leverage AI tools to generate and accelerate ideation and production while maintaining a distinct, on-brand creative point of view. Ensure all digital assets reflect Huda Beauty's visual identity, tone and aesthetic and are optimized for platform-specific formats and best practices. Manage multiple digital design requests concurrently, balancing speed and quality within campaign timelines. <br><br>Cross-Functional Collaboration<br><br>Partner with the social team to translate content calendars and social strategies into iconic creative directions that surprise and delight consumers. Partner with the performance marketing team to understand campaign objectives, audience insights, and platform requirements, iterating on creative based on performance data. Collaborate with brand marketers and production to integrate visual content with compelling messaging to ensure asset delivery is consistent with brand messaging, campaign objectives and delivered on time. <br><br>Brand Consistency<br><br>Maintain a high standard of design quality across all social and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and attention to detail. Regularly review assets prior to going live to ensure brand standards are followed for a cohesive brand experience. Provide feedback and guidance on design concepts, ensuring output meets brand expectations before final approval. <br><br>Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness<br><br>Stay up to date with social and digital design trends, platform updates and emerging AI tools, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life. Champion the use of AI-driven imagery generation and motion graphic tools to push creative boundaries and improve production efficiency. Drive design solutions that help Huda Beauty stand out in a competitive social and digital landscape and embody the brand's core values. <br><br>Requirements<br><br>5+ years of experience in social/digital design, with a strong portfolio spanning social content, digital design, and Paid Media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion/video tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro. Hands-on experience using AI tools for image generation with a genuine interest in integrating AI into the design workflow. Strong skills in motion graphics and short-form video/animated content creation for social platforms. Solid understanding of paid media formats, specs, and best practices across platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and others) and how to translate marketing campaign assets into social-native paid creative. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and current social/digital trends, as well as awareness of the competitive beauty landscape. Demonstrated ability to translate creative briefs, campaign assets and social strategies into visually compelling, platform-optimized designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to cross-functional partners. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
