Key Responsibilities Acquire new SME and Business Banking customers across the UAE. Build a strong sales pipeline through direct acquisition, referrals and networking. Develop relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs and key decision-makers. Drive CASA/current account and deposit acquisition. Identify client requirements and cross-sell suitable banking products and services. Manage and grow existing business banking relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for KYC, account opening and customer onboarding. Achieve assigned sales, acquisition and revenue targets. Maintain a strong understanding of the UAE SME/business banking market. Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to increase wallet share. Requirements Minimum 3 years of UAE banking experience in Business Banking, SME Banking or Commercial Banking sales. Proven track record in new-to-bank (NTB) client acquisition. Strong existing network of UAE businesses, SMEs and decision-makers. Experience in CASA/deposit acquisition and relationship management. Strong sales, negotiation and networking capabilities.
