You will be responsible for Newton business in your allocated market, overseeing sales and to help build local partnerships.<br><br>Primary Responsibilities<br><br>Effectively drive Newton powered by Affle platform and media sales to advertisers, agencies, and e-commerce/app first companies Acquiring new clients for driving their Apple search ads and ASO on both the stores - appstore + playstore. Role Description We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and analytical Category Manager to develop and execute category strategies that maximize business performance, enhance customer value, and drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product categories, optimizing assortment, developing supplier partnerships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives. This role plays a key part in aligning category performance with overall business strategy while ensuring effective product lifecycle management and supply chain efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing category strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities; analyzing sales performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize category performance; managing product assortment, pricing strategies, promotional planning, and product lifecycle activities; collaborating with procurement and supplier partners to negotiate commercial agreements, improve product availability, and enhance cost efficiency; evaluating supplier performance and building long-term strategic relationships to support business objectives; monitoring inventory levels, demand forecasts, and replenishment plans to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory; working closely with merchandising, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to execute category initiatives and product launches; preparing business cases, financial analyses, and category performance reports to support strategic decision-making; identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency; ensuring product compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies; supporting digital commerce initiatives, assortment optimization, and omnichannel retail strategies where applicable; managing category budgets, forecasting, and key performance indicators (KPIs); conducting regular business reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders; and staying informed about consumer trends, emerging technologies, sustainability initiatives, and industry best practices to drive innovation within assigned categories. The Category Manager is expected to combine commercial acumen with strong analytical and negotiation skills to deliver profitable category growth and exceptional customer experiences. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, effective stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of category management, merchandising, procurement, supplier management, and retail or commercial operations. Knowledge of pricing strategies, assortment planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and product lifecycle management. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, procurement platforms, and category management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous. Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and commercial performance. Excellent negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract management skills. Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines. High level of commercial awareness, attention to detail, and customer focus. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution environments is advantageous. Professional certifications such as Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), APICS, Certified Category Manager (CCM), or equivalent are considered advantageous but are not mandatory. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with consumer trends, digital commerce, sustainability initiatives, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and category management best practices.
About Complyance:Complyance builds technology that helps businesses manage e-invoicing and regulatory-compliance workflows. Our Delivery team implements API, ERP, file-based and manual-upload e-invoicing solutions for enterprise customers across the UAE. We're looking for an early-career engineer excited about APIs, enterprise systems and financial technology. <br>About the Role:Complyance is looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager – E-Invoicing Implementations to manage enterprise e-Invoicing implementation projects for customers across the UAE, owning delivery from initiation through planning, execution, UAT, go-live, hypercare, closure and transition to Customer Success and Support. Projects may span multiple legal entities, ERP systems, business units and implementation partners, combining API integrations, manual-upload processes and phased deployments. Based in Dubai, the PM will coordinate customer and internal workstreams, manage risks and governance, and ensure deliverables and milestones are met within approved scope and timeline, remaining accountable to the Director – PMO & Delivery while working closely with customer sponsors. Frequent travel to customer sites may be required for discovery, governance, UAT, recovery and go-live activities. Customer requests affecting scope, commercials or resourcing must be routed through approved governance.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Project Initiation and Governance Lead formal handover from Sales, reviewing the agreement, SOW, scope and acceptance criteria Prepare and maintain the Project Charter, Project Management Plan and RACIEstablish objectives, milestones, governance forums and escalation paths Conduct kickoff meetings and set documentation, reporting and change-control standards<br>2. Planning and Schedule Management Build and maintain the integrated project schedule, milestones and resource plan Coordinate plans across functional, technical, UAT, product and customer workstreams Track progress against baseline, flag slippage early and maintain the critical path Coordinate implementation waves across entities/ERP systems; plan out-of-hours work in advance<br>3. Scope and Change Control Maintain the approved scope baseline and change-request register Route out-of-scope requests through impact assessment and stakeholder approval Prevent informal requests from becoming unapproved commitments Maintain traceability to milestone acceptance; escalate scope disputes<br>4. RAID and Dependency Management Own the Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies log, with an owner, date and status for each item Identify dependencies early and track ageing risks and overdue actions Escalate critical risks through governance; maintain the decision log<br>5. Customer and Stakeholder Management Act as the primary governance contact for assigned implementations Run weekly status meetings and prepare executive steering committee materials Communicate status, risks and decisions; facilitate timely customer decisions Manage expectations without unapproved commitments; maintain transparent communication<br>6. Cross-Functional Delivery Coordination Coordinate Functional, Technical, Solution Architecture, UAT, Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams Ensure deliverables and deadlines are clear; resolve cross-functional blockers and escalate resource conflicts Keep requirements, design, testing and deployment plans aligned<br>7. Project Documentation and Controls Maintain the project document register (Charter, Plan, RACI, RAID/Decision/Change logs, Status Reports, Steering materials, Acceptance records, Go-Live checklist, Closure Report) Ensure specialist-owned documents are completed by their correct owners Maintain a complete, auditable project record<br>Note: Coordinates and governs specialist deliverables but does not independently author or approve requirements, architecture, regulatory interpretations or UAT acceptance.<br>8. UAT Coordination Integrate the UAT plan into the project schedule and track prerequisites/dependencies Coordinate with the Implementation Quality Lead and customer stakeholders; monitor defects and acceptance risks. Escalate defects affecting go-live readiness; ensure formal customer UAT acceptance<br>9. Go-Live and Hypercare Own go-live governance, cutover planning and the formal go/no-go meeting Coordinate production deployment, validation and hypercare meetings/escalations Track critical incidents during hypercare and transition issues to Support/Product/Engineering<br>10. Closure and Handover Confirm deliverables and acceptance criteria are complete; obtain final customer acceptance Close, transfer or defer outstanding items; complete the Project Closure Report Coordinate handover to Customer Success and Support, including stakeholder details, documentation, known issues and support arrangements.<br>11. Commercial and Contractual Support Track contracted milestones and acceptance evidence; support milestone-invoicing readiness Document customer-caused delays and maintain evidence for change/extension discussions Escalate margin, scope or contractual risks; do not negotiate pricing/terms without authorisation<br>Required Skills and Experience5–10 years of project management experience in enterprise software, ERP, Saa S or integration implementations, from initiation through go-live, hypercare and closure Experience with API-based integration, ERP/finance-system implementations and file-based/manual-upload models Working knowledge of finance, accounting and invoice processes Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, SDLC and delivery governance; demonstrated RAID, change control and executive reporting experience Strong stakeholder, negotiation and conflict-management skills; excellent written/verbal communication Ability to operate independently across implementations while following Complyance governance •Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams and PM tools; willingness to work UAE business hours<br>Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business Administration or related discipline PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or similar certification Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Net Suite or similar ERP platforms Experience in e-invoicing, tax technology, regulatory technology or digital transformation Experience managing strategic UAE/GCC customers or multiple entities/ERP systems in parallel<br>Note: Regulatory interpretations remain subject to confirmation by the designated Functional Lead.<br>Key Performance Indicators Achievement of approved milestones and on-time completion of contracted deliverables. Forecast accuracy, schedule control and timely risk/dependency escalation. RAID and decision-log quality; customer action and dependency ageing. Job Title Finance Manager – Real Estate<br>Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance Manager to oversee the organisation's finance operations while supporting the commercial, sales, and customer lifecycle within a real estate environment. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience in real estate development, with excellent knowledge of Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA), CRM systems, Salesforce, escrow management, project accounting, revenue recognition, customer collections, and financial reporting.
