<li>Own and manage the product roadmap for AI-powered products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities. </li><li>Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and user needs. </li><li>Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria. </li><li>Define product success metrics and quality standards, including areas such as accuracy, adoption, user satisfaction, performance, and responsible AI considerations. </li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and AI development teams throughout the product lifecycle. </li><li>Lead product discovery, pilot initiatives, user testing, and phased product releases. </li><li>Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and drive continuous improvement through backlog prioritization. </li><li>Manage stakeholder communications, executive updates, product demonstrations, and release planning. </li><li>Ensure compliance with governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards. </li><li>Support change management, user adoption, and enablement activities to maximize business value realization.

<u><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></u>

<li>5–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within technology, AI, machine learning, or data-driven products. </li><li>Proven track record of managing products from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. </li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, UX, and business stakeholders. </li><li>Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and large language model (LLM) capabilities and limitations. </li><li>Experience defining product requirements, KPIs, and success metrics. </li><li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. </li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
