The Owner oversees production operations, ensures product quality and compliance with industry standards, and guides investment in technology and equipment to maintain competitive manufacturing capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising senior management, reviewing financial performance, managing key stakeholder and client relationships, and making decisions on expansion, product lines, and market positioning. The role also involves setting organizational goals, approving major contracts and budgets, and ensuring that safety, regulatory, and ethical standards are upheld across all facilities. The Owner works closely with engineering, quality assurance, sales, and administrative teams to align operations with long-term growth and sustainability objectives.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills to guide a manufacturing organization and its executive team. Experience in electrical manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations, with knowledge of cables, electrical accessories, and related standards. Financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, investment planning, and interpretation of financial reports. Business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with government agencies, large clients, and partners. Familiarity with quality assurance practices, regulatory compliance, and safety standards in industrial and electrical manufacturing environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-performing teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; significant management or ownership experience in manufacturing is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh and regularly coordinate with production units and external stakeholders.
