<ul><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact and support facilitator to the internal team in the Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless showroom performance.</p></li><li><p>Be a key decision-making advisor to the Showroom Manager.</p></li><li><p>Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, local and international. Manage timelines and ensure quality service standards are in place.</p></li><li><p>Assist in sourcing, selecting, and tracking furniture and accessory inventory.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical coordination and coordinate the project development with the production team.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with clients. Providing professional and knowledgeable support: pre-, during and post-sale phases.</p></li><li><p>Manage project timelines. Ensures project budgets are met, while ensuring smooth execution.</p></li></ul><p>Provide preliminary site visits, draft reports and conduct snagging.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>2–5 years in a similar client-facing role, preferably within the furniture, interior contracting.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and budgets with attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Confident and professional client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to work independently and take initiative.</p></li><li><p>Technical Design, or a related field. </p></li></ul>
