Inspect fit-out works including joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, marble, glass, metal works, painting, and decorative finishes. Verify compliance with approved drawings, materials, and design intent throughout execution. Identify defects, poor workmanship, and non-conforming works while ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Consultants, and Subcontractors on all quality-related matters. Review material samples, mock-ups, and installations prior to execution.
