Subcontract management - recommends payments in accordance with progress of works, review of variation and claims, contra-charges, ensure insurances and bonds are valid, recommends final account. Prepare contractual correspondences for main contract and subcontract. Provide practical advice and contribute resolutions to commercial and contractual issues, attends meetings. Monitoring and managing risks, change and overall project cost control to ensure agreed budgets are not exceeded. Accurate reporting of project financial performance. Administering main contracts and sub-contracts throughout the works. Able to look at the costs of the project and analyze them against the market potential to see if the project is feasible and look for improvements. Education & experience Engineer's Degree in Quantity Surveying. Excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with the analytical and problem solving skills to reach realistic workable solutions Well-versed in all FIDIC editions, including 2017Minimum 04 years experience as QS in Dubai.

Solve the problem if any so as to achieve smooth implementation of installation as per plan.<br> • Ensure that the quality assurance check is conducted in on the finished products before the delivery to the consultant/client site to confirm that the products meet all the specifications provided by the clients<br> • Ensure the handover of site upon completion to the client and obtain a completion certificate from the client that the site has been handed over to their satisfaction so as to avoid any dispute at a later stage.<br> • Approve the invoice for the submission and ensure that the credit is collected in full and on due date in order to avoid delay or litigation.
