<p>We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive with strong knowledge of the UAE online marketplace and proven experience in product hunting/research to identify profitable and high-demand products.</p><br><ol><li><p>Manage and maintain online marketplace accounts such as <strong>Amazon UAE, Noon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing.</p></li><li><p>Monitor sales, orders, inventory, returns, and customer feedback.</p></li><li><p>Develop strategies to increase product visibility and sales.</p></li><li><p>Manage marketplace promotions, campaigns, and advertising.</p></li><li><p>Analyze sales and marketplace performance and prepare regular reports.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated with UAE e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and competitors.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>1-2 years of experience in UAE e-commerce marketplaces.</strong></p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Amazon UAE and Noon</strong> is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>Shopify</strong> and other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of UAE marketplace operations, pricing, promotions, and logistics.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and analytical skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.</p></li><li><p><strong>Valid own UAE visa – preferably Family/Spouse Sponsored Visa.</strong></p></li><li><p>Immediate joiners will be preferred.</p></li></ol>

<ul><li><p>Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and invoicing.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with domestic and export customers regarding order details, delivery schedules, and product availability.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.</p></li><li><p>Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or products.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and manage sales reports, tracking performance and trends.</p></li><li><p>Support marketing activities, showroom management and promotional events.</p></li><li><p>Ensure pricing accuracy and assist in contract preparation.</p></li><li><p>Process payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree in business administration, logistics or accounting.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in a sales administration, customer service, or sales support role, preferably in the furniture industry.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with furniture retailers, distributors, or interior designers is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Experience in FF&E packages is a clear advantage.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in POS, MS suite – especially Excel, CRM and ERP.</p></li><li><p>Excellent level of English, especially written.</p></li></ul>
