Fit-Out Site Engineer – Luxury Villas, Corporate, and hospitality to join our
team in the UAE. This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of
high-end residential villa, corporate and hospitality project with a strong
focus on premium interior fit-out works and major architectural finishes.</span></span></span></span></p><br><p><span><span><span><span>The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and
coordinating on-site fit-out activities, ensuring that all works are executed
in strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards,
and project timelines. The role requires close coordination with project
managers, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align
workmanship quality, resources, logistics, and budgets throughout the project
lifecycle.</span></span></span></span></p><br><span><span><span><span>The ideal candidate
is a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise in luxury finishes,
excellent attention to detail, and proven experience delivering bespoke villa
fit-out projects to the highest standards. This position offers an opportunity

environment.</span></span></span></span><br><br><b><span>Main Responsibilities</span></b><br><ul><li><span><span><span>Supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out works
for luxury villas, Corporate,
and hospitality including high-end finishes such as marble and stone works,
tile works, bespoke joinery, ceilings, partitions, glass works, façade
elements, and decorative finishes.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Ensure all works are executed in full compliance with
approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements,
and project specifications.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure seamless
integration with architectural finishes, including proper coordination of
openings, supports, sleeves, and concealed services prior to closures.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Monitor site progress against the approved programme,
identify potential delays, and proactively coordinate with subcontractors and
suppliers to maintain project timelines.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Conduct regular quality inspections, ensure compliance
with approved mock-ups and samples, and issue snag lists while ensuring timely
and proper rectification of defects.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors,
suppliers, and site labour, ensuring efficient use of manpower, materials, and
equipment.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Preparation and submission of inspection requests
(IRs), work notifications, method statements, and daily/weekly progress
reports.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Support site inspections and handovers with contractors,
consultants, developers, and authorities, and ensure closure of comments and
observations in a timely manner.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Verify material deliveries on site to ensure
compliance with approved specifications, storage requirements, and protection
of high-value finishes.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and
Environmental (HSE) regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
environment.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Coordinate with the Project Manager on site planning,
logistics, sequencing of works, and technical challenges, proposing practical
solutions when required.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings,
warranties, and handover documentation related to fit-out works.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Possess solid general
knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ELV) to effectively
coordinate services with architectural and fit-out works, identify clashes, and
ensure proper integration prior to closure of ceilings, walls, and floors.</span></span><br></span></li></ul><br><span>Requirements</span><ul><li><span><span>At least 8 years of proven
experience in interior fit-out works, with strong exposure to luxury villas or
high-end residential projects in Dubai</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Hands-on experience working on high-quality
architectural finishes, bespoke joinery, marble/stone works, ceilings,
partitions, and façade elements.</span><br></span></li><li><span>Experience in coordinating MEP and architectural
interfaces, identifying clashes, and supporting solutions prior to site
execution.</span><br></li><li><span>Familiarity with project
reporting tools and documentation standards in the construction industry.</span><br></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture,
or related discipline.</span><br></li><li><span>Strong expertise in luxury fit-out execution,
materials, and workmanship standards.</span><br></li><li><span>Solid working knowledge of MEP coordination within
high-end fit-out projects.</span><br></li><li><span>Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and
inspection processes.</span><br></li><li><span>Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate IFC

These digital solutions monitor critical equipment and operational processes in real time, generating predictive alerts and operational advisories designed to prevent unplanned downtime, extend asset life, improve reliability, and optimize operational performance.<br><br>This SME role exists to ensure predictive model outputs are technically interpreted, validated, operationalized, and sustained — converting AI-generated insights into measurable operational, reliability, and financial benefits across customer facilities.<br><br>The Job<br><br>The Static Equipment SME will serve as the technical lead supporting deployment, operational monitoring, sustainment, and continuous value realization of AVEVA Predictive Analytics and Asset Performance solutions deployed across customer operations in the Middle East region.<br><br>The role combines deep static equipment and integrity engineering expertise with predictive maintenance and reliability advisory capabilities to ensure predictive models deliver measurable improvements in equipment reliability, integrity management, maintenance optimization, and operational performance.<br><br>The SME will work closely with customer operations, maintenance, reliability, inspection, and engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle — from model development and deployment through operational monitoring, optimization, and long-term sustainment.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Solution Deployment & Model Enablement<br><br>Support end-to-end deployment and operationalization of AVEVA predictive analytics and asset performance solutions across customer facilities. Provide static equipment and integrity engineering subject matter expertise during asset onboarding, solution configuration, and model development phases. Work closely with analytics, data science, product, and delivery teams to ensure predictive models accurately reflect:Equipment operating behaviour Degradation mechanisms Process conditions Inspection strategies Failure modes and operating envelopes Support asset criticality assessments, use case definition, and identification of high-value monitoring opportunities for:Pressure vessels Heat exchangers Columns Tanks Piping systems Associated static assets Participate in model validation, alert tuning, calibration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities prior to go-live. Correlate predictive model outputs with operational and integrity data including:Fouling trends Pressure drop analysis Temperature profiles Inspection findings Thickness measurements Historical maintenance and failure records Validate model outputs against known equipment behaviour and operating conditions to improve model accuracy and reliability. Provide engineering input to support expansion of predictive monitoring coverage to additional static assets and facilities.<br>Predictive Monitoring, Sustainment & Value Realization<br><br>Monitor and manage predictive anomaly alerts for deployed static equipment assets. Assess alert severity, validate operational impact, and recommend appropriate prioritization and corrective actions. Identify early indicators of:Fouling Wall thinning Pressure losses Thermal degradation Integrity deterioration Process performance deviations Recommend proactive inspection, cleaning, repair, and operational intervention strategies prior to failures or shutdowns. Collaborate with customer maintenance, inspection, operations, process, and reliability teams to plan and execute corrective and preventive activities. Review, validate, and operationalize AI/analytics-driven recommendations generated through deployed AVEVA solutions. Support Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), integrity management, and static equipment reliability improvement initiatives. Ensure predictive models remain aligned with actual operating conditions, inspection strategies, and asset behaviour throughout the sustainment lifecycle. Act as the primary technical focal point during sustainment and managed service phases for assigned static equipment asset portfolios. Support continuous improvement, model refinement, and enhancement of predictive monitoring effectiveness. Track and report reliability and value realization KPIs including:Deferred failures Avoided shutdowns Reduced maintenance costs Improved equipment availability Inspection optimization benefits Participate in governance meetings, technical reviews, workshops, and value realization sessions with customer stakeholders and project teams. Provide operational feedback and engineering recommendations to analytics, product, and delivery teams to improve solution performance and customer outcomes. Support long-term customer adoption, sustainment, and continuous business value realization from deployed predictive analytics solutions. Conduct periodic visits to customer plants, operational facilities, and industrial sites to support deployment activities, technical assessments, alert validation, and stakeholder engagement.<br>Required Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline. Minimum 10 years of static equipment engineering experience within oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, gas processing, or industrial environments. Strong background in inspection engineering, maintenance engineering, or asset integrity management within operating facilities. Expertise in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, piping systems, tanks, and associated static assets. Familiarity with API 510, API 570, API 579, and integrity assessment methodologies preferred. Strong understanding of degradation mechanisms, inspection strategies, and operational reliability practices. Experience interpreting operational and integrity data from SCADA, PI Historian / OSIsoft, or equivalent industrial systems. Familiarity with predictive analytics platforms, industrial AI systems, or digital reliability solutions preferred. Oversee Touch Points brand positioning including brand application, tone of voice and creative look and feel. Work with relevant agencies to lead brand evolution. Ensure all required approvals are in place from key stakeholders before commencing production as required and ensure the production quality and timelines are met to meet business requirements. Deliver a weekly status update to the Chief Executive Officer, share data and statistics on campaign effectiveness, cost savings, quarterly media report, marketing spend data, competition tracking in line with the required standards. Work with Touch Points approved external suppliers to deliver marketing activities as required ensuring maximum value for the marketing dollar spent by keeping an eye on costs as well as through effective negotiation. Manage relationships so that the performance of suppliers is of a standard that Touch Points would expect and accept, ensuring creative integrity is maintained and quality control is managed in briefing / debriefing and brand adherence. Monitor and control the advertising and promotion funds allocated to product programs as required. Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
