Based in Dubai, this varied role sits within our Middle East Operations team, supporting Channel Partners, customers and internal sales teams across the region.<br><br>You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless customer experience, from processing orders and quotations through to responding to enquiries, coordinating documentation, managing CRM updates and keeping customers informed. Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing clear updates and timely resolution. Know when to escalate technical queries and work closely with Technical Support to ensure customers receive the right expertise. Partner with Sales, Operations, Technical Support, Finance and freight providers to support smooth order fulfilment. Prepare invoices, shipping information, export documentation, credits and debits where required. Maintain accurate customer, contact and interaction records in Gallagher’s CRM systems. Monitor consignment tracking, distributor forecasts, third-party orders and delivery timelines. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic or another regional language would be highly regarded. Experience using Microsoft Office; SAP ERP, SAP CRM or similar systems would be advantageous. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidence working with order, quote and customer data. A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building strong partner relationships.
