Senior Associate – Global Vendor Management (Job Posting Summary) Role Purpose Drive and support the global Vendor Management framework across multiple countries and legal entities. Oversee vendor onboarding and lifecycle processes, strengthen governance and controls, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate stakeholders to enable consistent adoption of Group‑wide standards. The programs may run in parallel or on an alternating basis, and additional programs may be introduced in future years, under an initial 10-year agreement with PPC.<br><br>The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and orchestrating the student-facing elements of Georgetown programs in Greece. Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications. Conduct requirement walkthroughs and obtain business signoffs. Perform impact analysis for new initiatives and system changes. Facilitate prioritization of business requirements. Support integration requirements with: Core Banking Systems Financial Switches Payment Gateways CRM Platforms Mobile & Internet Banking Channels Collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements and releases. Techno-Functional Leadership Translate business needs into technical requirements. Review APIs, interfaces, data mappings, and integration specifications. Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Vendors. Support solution design reviews and validation activities. Participate in architecture discussions and technology assessments.<br>Testing & Implementation Support Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Support SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities. Coordinate defect management and resolution. Conduct business readiness and operational acceptance activities.<br>Stakeholder Management Engage with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT, and External Vendors. Drive workshops, governance meetings, and steering discussions.
