reports</strong>.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in <strong>Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>3–8 years of experience</strong> in structural steel fabrication, workshop engineering, fabrication production, or steel manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>steel fabrication and workshop operations</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>structural steel, PEB, heavy steel, miscellaneous steel, architectural metalwork, or similar fabrication projects</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to read and interpret <strong>IFC, shop, fabrication, erection, GA drawings, BOQs, MTOs, and specifications</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of <strong>fabrication processes, welding, fit-up, cutting, drilling, assembly, blasting, painting, inspection, and dispatch</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>WPS, PQR, NDT, ITP, MIR, WIR, NCR, material traceability, and dimensional inspection</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience coordinating with
