Procedures</p><ul><li><p>Develops company-wide Safety policies, systems, processes, and procedures and monitors their effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Ensures implementation of corporate procedures and guidelines across all business operations.</p></li><li><p>Communicates relevant Safety and Governance initiatives, policies, and updates throughout the organization.</p></li></ul><p>Safety Governance</p><ul><li><p>Provides functional leadership in developing and maintaining EGA’s Safety Governance framework.</p></li><li><p>Oversees the implementation of safety policies, systems, procedures, and controls to ensure legislative and organizational compliance.</p></li><li><p>Advises and guides management on safety responsibilities and governance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensures the implementation, review, updating, and auditing of EGA Safety Management Systems.</p></li><li><p>Monitors Safety System procedures and updates them in line with legislative changes and EGA directives.</p></li><li><p>Plans, leads, and coordinates safety improvement projects across all EGA sites.</p></li><li><p>Leads safety meetings, inspections, compliance reviews, and corrective action programs.</p></li><li><p>Oversees safety and compliance audits.</p></li><li><p>Directs the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive corporate safety programs.</p></li><li><p>Provides technical guidance to site safety teams and ensures compliance with local safety regulations.</p></li></ul><p>EGA Site Safety</p><ul><li><p>Leads and directs day-to-day safety operations across all EGA sites.</p></li><li><p>Has the authority to stop operations that present unacceptable safety risks.</p></li><li><p>Drives proactive initiatives to reduce workplace injuries and incidents.</p></li><li><p>Leads major incident investigations and oversees investigation reporting.</p></li><li><p>Reviews accident and incident reports to ensure corrective actions are implemented.</p></li><li><p>Oversees planning and delivery of safety training programs across all organizational levels.</p></li><li><p>Reviews and enhances safety training programs for continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Conducts safety inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Directs analysis of accident and incident trends and develops improvement plans.</p></li><li><p>Provides expert safety advice and support to Area Management.</p></li></ul><p>International Safety</p><ul><li><p>Develops and implements comprehensive training programs aligned with international safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Leads global safety awareness initiatives through workshops, campaigns, and knowledge-sharing activities.</p></li><li><p>Establishes and maintains standardized systems for reporting safety incidents and compliance across international operations.</p></li><li><p>Reviews and updates safety procedures to ensure alignment with international regulations and industry best practices.</p></li><li><p>Monitors compliance across international operations through audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.</p></li></ul><p>Stakeholder Management</p><ul><li><p>Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while upholding the highest standards of business ethics.</p></li><li><p>Ensures timely resolution of critical issues and effective delivery of organizational support services.</p></li></ul><p>Safety, Quality &amp;
