The Role:You own the part of the platform our clients actually touch. Regulatory affairs professionals will live in this product eight hours a day — every screen you build either saves them an hour or costs them one. The technical lead owns the architecture, tenancy and security model; a platform engineer owns infrastructure, data pipelines and the AI layer. You own the product surface: Product frontend (≈55%). Build the client-facing application in React and Type Script: the dossier workspace, application trackers, submission status views, renewal calendars, dense data tables and the long regulatory forms that must not lose a user's work. Accessible, fast, and usable on a laptop in a client meeting. Backend feature work (≈25%). Build the endpoints behind your own screens — REST APIs, filtering and search, validation, file upload and document preview, and client-facing exports of the data on your own screens — under code review from the technical lead. Full-stack means you are not blocked waiting for someone else's API. Internal tools & reporting (≈20%). Turn the dashboards and trackers our regulatory teams maintain by hand into real screens: workload views, expiry and renewal alerts, client status reports. This is where you learn the domain fast, and where your work pays off inside the business before launch. Our Stack :Frontend: React + Type Script + Vite, Tan Stack Query and Tan Stack Table, Tailwind CSS,/Radix primitives, React Hook Form + Zod Backend: Python 3.12, Django + Django REST Framework, Celery + Redis Database: Postgre SQL (Azure Database for Postgre SQL Flexible Server) Cloud: Microsoft Azure — UAE North today, migrating to the Azure Saudi Arabia East region when it goes live Identity: Microsoft Entra ID for staff, Entra External ID for client users Documents & AI: Azure AI Document Intelligence (Arabic printed and handwritten), Claude via Microsoft Foundry — always behind a human-review gate you will build the interface for Testing: Playwright for end-to-end, Vitest for units Infra & CI: Docker, Azure Container Apps, Terraform, Git Hub Actions (owned by our platform engineer) Ways of working: trunk-based development, code review before merge, no production data in development You are not expected to know all of this. We screen on fundamentals — strong React and Type Script, and enough backend to build your own endpoints — and we teach the rest. If your experience is Vue, Angular, Flask or Fast API, apply anyway; it transfers within a fortnight. Must-Haves:2–4 years of hands-on experience building web applications that real people used in production. Strong React and Type Script, and modern CSS you write yourself rather than only assembling from a template. You have shipped something people used, and you can talk about a UI decision you made and why. Enough backend competence to build your own endpoints — Python preferred, since our backend is Django; Node or another server-side language is acceptable if the Python appetite is there — plus working SQL. Real care about the user's workflow. You ask what the person is trying to finish before you decide what to draw. Clear written communication — our clients are compliance professionals; sloppy is expensive. How to Apply Apply here: mrg.com.sa/en/careers/apply?job=product-engineer-fullstack Along with your CV, please include: A link to something you have built that has a user interface — a live app, a Git Hub repo, a portfolio, anything real. 5–10 lines on an interface you improved: what was wrong with it, what you changed, and how you knew the new version was better.

About Spanzia Supply Chain Solutions<br>Spanzia is a warehousing and supply chain solutions provider with a UAE-wide warehouse database. Our core service offering is to match businesses to space that fits their exact operational specs — grade, clear height, temperature zone, storage method, certifications — and stay with them through go-live and optimisation. Beyond this, we also provide services like supply chain optimisation, warehouse construction consultancy, etc. <br>We're backed by a board of advisors with three decades in contract logistics across the GCC and six other regions. We're currently pre-launch, building the verified warehouse partner network that powers the platform.<br>Warehouse decisions. Simplified.<br>The role<br>Every facility on Spanzia is physically verified — not self-reported. That verification doesn't happen from a desk. Someone has to go to the warehouse, photograph it properly, collect the paperwork, check it's real, and get it into the system clean.<br>That someone is you.<br>This is a hybrid admin and field role. Part of your week is out on site at warehouse facilities across Dubai; the rest is documentation, records and keeping the day-to-day running. It suits someone organised, self-directed and comfortable being the person who actually gets things done.<br>What you'll do<br>1. Field & site visits<br>- Travel to warehouse facilities across Dubai to carry out verification visits- Photograph and video facilities to a consistent standard — external, dock doors, clear height, flooring, racking, loading bays, office space, amenities- Capture on-site measurements and observations against our verification checklist- Meet warehouse operators and their site teams; represent Spanzia professionally on the ground- Flag anything that doesn't match what was declared- Documentation & records- Collect, check and file operator documentation — trade licence, Civil Defence certificate, bonded status, lease or title documents, insurance, relevant certifications (food, DG, pharma, lithium-ion)- Chase missing paperwork until the file is complete- Enter verified facility data into our database accurately and consistently- Maintain the media library — organised, named, tagged, retrievable- Keep the operator pipeline and status records up to date<br>2. Office & coordination<br>- Schedule site visits and coordinate calendars across the team and warehouse partners- Handle day-to-day office administration — supplies, courier, vendor coordination, visitor arrangements- Support invoicing, expense records and petty cash- Assist with government and licensing paperwork as needed- Take and circulate meeting notes; follow up on actions- Support the wider team on ad-hoc operational tasks<br>What we're looking for<br>1. Essential<br>- 1–3 years in an administrative, operations or coordinator role — logistics, real estate or facilities experience is a strong plus- Genuinely willing to be out in the field — this is not a desk-only role, and warehouse environments mean heat, dust and industrial areas- Strong English communication, written and spoken- Confident with Excel / Google Sheets and general digital tools; comfortable learning a new platform- Meticulous with detail — our credibility rests on the accuracy of these records- Able to work independently and manage your own day without close supervision- Valid UAE residence visa with own sponsorship or NOC — we are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role<br>2. Preferred<br>- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle (travel allowance provided)- Arabic in addition to English- A good eye for photography — you don't need to be a professional, but you should be able to shoot clean, well-lit, usable images on a phone or camera- Familiarity with Dubai's industrial and free zone areas — JAFZA, Dubai South, DIP, Dubai Industrial City, Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor- Exposure to warehousing, logistics or commercial property<br>What you'll get<br>- A role with visible impact — the verified network you build is the product at launch- Direct exposure to the UAE warehousing and supply chain sector, and to a senior advisory board with three decades in the industry- Early-stage company, small team, real ownership of your area
