We are looking for an experienced salesperson with live contacts in the procurement departments of UAE manufacturers — whether you have sold them ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels or cartons. About Price Grip (and why this is easy to sell) At Price Grip (pricegrip.io) we have built an AI-powered system for automated price negotiation. Manufacturers overpay for ingredients, raw materials, packaging and labels — not because they have to, but because they don't have the time or the tools to test the market regularly. Our system runs blind, multi-round price competitions among qualified suppliers — including the client's current supplier. No bidder sees another bidder's price. Nothing changes except the price: same specification, same quality, same commercial terms, no IT implementation on the client's side. The decision always stays with the client. Completed processes to date have delivered savings of 8% to 74,52%, averaging 27%. One more thing that makes doors open: Price Grip's founder is himself the CEO of a European supplements and sports-nutrition manufacturer with a 90% export share. He is not a software vendor explaining procurement to manufacturers — he is a manufacturer who buys the same categories every month. The product works. The results are documented. What we need in the UAE now is someone who can open the right doors and get the owner, CFO or procurement head into a conversation — because you already know what those doors look like, and often hold the key. Who we are really looking for (read this before applying) This role is for an experienced salesperson who sells to manufacturers of dietary supplements, food & beverage, or cosmetics or chemical producers in the UAE and knows their owners, CEOs or procurement departments from the inside. It does not matter whether you sold them raw materials, active ingredients, packaging, labels or cartons — what matters is that you have access to these companies and know the people on the buying side. Applications without proven sales experience to manufacturers in these industries will not be considered. This is not a role for someone who wants to learn the market — that is the one thing we cannot teach. We are looking for someone who:has worked as a salesperson (or buyer) serving chemicals / supplement / food / cosmetics manufacturers — selling them ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels, cartons or other production inputs, has a real network and database of manufacturers in these industries in the UAE,knows how to reach the procurement department and who to talk to,understands how the person on the buying side thinks and decides. Your network on the procurement side is the most valuable asset you bring — regardless of what you sold these companies before. What the work looks like The salesperson's job is the same in every industry: build the relationship, reach the decision maker, present the value, close. Here it looks like this:You contact manufacturing companies across the UAEYou reach procurement departments, owners and CFOs — the people who feel margin pressure directly You present Price Grip and show one concrete benefit: lower purchase costs with zero change in quality You open with a risk-free entry: a free Savings Test on 10 purchase items of the client's choosing — in about 30 days they receive a written report showing, item by item, the best price achievable in the market versus what they pay today You lead the conversation to the first paid invoice — that is the sale You use your own contacts and databases to open conversations faster Fully remote. No field visits required. This is a job for the phone, email and video calls — not a car. Why the UAE, why now In UAE food and beverage manufacturing, 85–90% of inputs are imported — these companies already buy on the international market; the only question is whether at the best available price The UAE food sector alone counts around 2,000 companies, and government policy keeps adding capacity: Abu Dhabi issued 411 new industrial licences in 2025 (+20% year on year) Newly commissioned plants have no ten-year supplier relationships to defend — they simply want the best market price The market is large, growing and underserved. The more you close, the more you earn. What we require Proven sales experience to manufacturers of dietary supplements, food, chemical or cosmetics — ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels or other production inputs (must-have) Contacts in, and working knowledge of, procurement departments in these industries Self-management — you can structure your own day and drive a deal to the finish without supervision Confidence in conversations with owners and CFOs, and resilience to "no"Fluent business English (Arabic is a plus); confident use of computers and online tools A results-and-commission mindset — not a clock-in mindset What we offer High commission for every client you close. Full details of the fee structure in the first interview Base salary — we invest in people who deliver A large, uncapped market: hundreds of manufacturers across the UAE. Your ceiling is your own activity Ready-made sales process, materials and full training on selling our solution A product with hard, documented results that genuinely saves the client money (which makes it easier to sell) Independence and trust — we measure outcomes, not hours online Long-term cooperation and growth with a fast-scaling European AI / Saa S company entering the UAE market Engagement is on an independent, contract basis (this is not visa-sponsored employment). How to apply (please read — this is part of the recruitment) Sales starts with precision and reading carefully, so we test for it from the first email:Send your CV to john@pricegrip.ioPut the word MANUFACTURERS in the subject line In the body, in 2–3 sentences, tell us: which manufacturers you sold to and what you sold them (ingredients, packaging, labels…), plus one concrete example of a contract, client or procurement contact you won Applications without the word MANUFACTURERS in the subject line, or without described experience selling to manufacturers in these industries, will not be considered. We read applications as they arrive and speak with the best candidates immediately. If you have the experience and the contacts — don't wait, write today. Before you apply, see how the system works: pricegrip.io Amer Pharma Sp. z o.o. Just for information, I can always, in addition to email, be reached at my mobile/whatsapp at +48601934932 Thank you and have a great day,
About Perception X:<br>Perception X is growing, and joining as our AI Research Analyst is an opportunity to take direct ownership of the work at the centre of the business. This role is responsible for producing the quarterly intelligence reports our clients pay for, authoring the original research we publish, and building the internal tooling that makes both faster.<br>Candidates have stopped starting their job search on Google. They ask an AI, and it returns an answer about a company as a place to work — assembled from review sites, press coverage, forum threads, and whatever is left of that company's careers page. Most employers have no visibility into what that answer says. We built the measurement layer for it.<br>Every quarter we run thousands of candidate-style prompts across the major AI platforms, capture the responses, and score each employer on visibility, sentiment, and relevance — broken down by market, job function, and platform. Clients receive a report telling them exactly where they are invisible, where they are described badly, and which specific sources are writing their story for them. Our clients are household-name global employers.<br>What we do:Measure how AI assistants describe employers to job candidates, at scale and over time Turn that measurement into quarterly client reporting with specific, evidenced recommendations Publish original research on how AI platforms source, cite, and portray employers Maintain the Perception X Visibility Index, our public employer reputation benchmark<br>We are looking for an analyst early in their career who is unusually capable for their level of experience. The ideal candidate is interested in working with large datasets, uses AI tools to build things rather than to ask questions, writes clearly enough that a Head of Talent can act on a paragraph without a translation layer, and is uncompromising about whether a number is right. You will own client-facing analysis from the first quarter, with the founding team reviewing rather than rewriting.<br>Responsibilities:<br>Own the analysis behind quarterly client reports end to end — query the measurement database, verify every figure against source data, and identify the movements and patterns that matter Write the report narrative and recommendations, translating statistical findings into actions a talent acquisition team can execute Author Perception X's proprietary published research on AI sourcing and citation behaviour Build internal tooling with AI-assisted development — query templates, verification scripts, and automated checks that catch errors before they reach a client Run data quality and integrity checks across the measurement pipeline, and flag anything that does not reconcile Contribute to the refinement of Perception X's scoring methodologies as the AI platform landscape shifts Support the founding team with ad-hoc competitive, market, and prospect analysis<br>Minimum qualifications:<br>Demonstrable use of large language models as a working tool — to write code, interrogate data, or build something functional — rather than as an occasional assistant Comfort working with structured data and a willingness to get into a database directly. You do not need existing SQL experience, but you do need to be able to reason about what a dataset can and cannot tell you Clear written English, and the ability to explain a finding to a non-technical senior stakeholder Rigorous approach to data verification. Our commercial position rests on clients trusting our methodology, so every published figure must be traceable to source<br>Nice to haves:<br>Existing SQL experience, particularly with Postgre SQL or Supabase Evidence of having independently built and shipped something using AI — a tool, a site, a product, a piece of analysis Exposure to employer branding, talent analytics, HR data, or market intelligence Experience turning analysis into client-facing decks or dashboards<br>How to apply:<br>Send your CV or Linked In profile and optionally an example of something you have built.<br>We read every application. A strong answer to the third item will get you a conversation regardless of what your CV says.<br>PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote role. Perception X is registered in the UAE, and the engagement structure will be confirmed during the process depending on your country of residence.<br>About Us<br>Perception X is an AI-native employer reputation service that helps organisations understand how AI assistants portray them as workplaces, and what to do about it. Through the Perception X Visibility Index and our Employer Perception methodology, talent acquisition and employer brand teams can benchmark how often and how positively they are recommended in AI-generated answers compared with their competitors, across 15 core candidate-focused themes including career growth, leadership, flexibility, and wellbeing.<br>We are an equal opportunity workplace and are committed to considering every application on capability and evidence, regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, or gender identity.

Location: Abu Dhabi Duration: Yearly renewable contract Job Summary:We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers to own significant parts of the backend platform that the AI Factory’s engineering teams build on. You will design, build, and operate the services, APIs, event pipelines, and data infrastructure that production systems run on.<br>Basic qualifications7+ years of backend or platform engineering experience, with a track record of owning the design and operation of production systems — not just contributing to systems built by others. Strong expertise in event-driven architecture: building and operating event streaming systems (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hubs, or equivalent) in production, including schema management, consumer topology, and the operational discipline to run asynchronous infrastructure reliably. Strong proficiency in Python, Java(Kotlin), or Go — with the depth to design well-structured services, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound architectural decisions on the surface area you own. Working expertise in cloud infrastructure on Azure — compute, networking, storage, managed services, and security — at the depth required to design and operate production systems independently. AWS or GCP experience at equivalent depth is also valued. Production experience with containerisation and orchestration: Kubernetes architecture, deployment patterns, cluster operations, and the practical depth to run containerised workloads reliably. Strong working knowledge of Postgre SQL at production scale: schema design, query optimisation, indexing strategies, connection pooling, and the operational discipline to run a critical relational database without constant intervention. Solid grounding in distributed systems design: consistency models, idempotency, back-pressure, retry semantics, and the trade-offs between synchronous and asynchronous communication. Strong observability practice: SLO design, metrics, distributed tracing, and alerting that surfaces system health proactively. Practical use of AI coding agents — Codex, Claude Code, Open Code, or equivalent — as a core part of your engineering workflow. Strong written and verbal communication — you can author design documents, drive technical decisions in design reviews, and explain architectural trade-offs clearly to other engineers
