<p>The division's product ecosystem features: Oson Neo, an innovative digital bank operating under a DFSA license (DIFC, Category 3C); OsonX, a progressive crypto direction; and a cross-border international payments service. We are seeking a strong leader and product strategy owner capable of systematically scaling the division's products at the intersection of customer needs, technology, and strict compliance, fully transitioning product decision-making away from hands-on founder management.
Responsibilities
• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Taking full ownership of the product strategy and a comprehensive roadmap for all core division products (Oson Neo, OsonX, international payments).
• Prioritizing the product backlog effectively based on business value and available resources. Translating global business goals into explicit product solutions and metrics.
• Oson Neo Launch and Scalability: Leading the digital bank to a successful market launch (Phase 1 Retail), including the product specification for IBAN functionality, Visa issuing, and the AED wallet.
• Designing a seamless customer journey (onboarding, KYC flow) strictly aligned with DFSA regulatory standards.
• Strategically preparing subsequent product phases, such as the transition to the Corporate segment and integration with the OsonX crypto framework.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensuring smooth product delivery in alignment with the group's engineering team (under the Group CTO).
• Collaborating closely with the Compliance/MLRO department to ensure product adherence to regulatory boundaries right from the initial stages.
• Coordinating product details with key external partners, including Emirates NBD bank, the BaaS provider, and card schemes.
• Product Analytics and Metrics: Defining, implementing, and constantly tracking key product performance metrics (activation, retention, funnel conversions, transaction volume and count).
• Making product decisions solely based on data rather than intuition, and continuously iterating the post-launch product according to user behavior analytics.</p><p>• Relevant Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a significant track record in Fintech, digital banking, or payment systems.
