About Dolphin Dolphin Oilfield Equipment Services is an Abu Dhabi (Mussafah) industrial services company serving ADNOC group companies, EGA, Borouge and other oil & gas, power and industrial clients across the UAE. We manufacture, service and retube heat exchangers, execute EPC-stage site works — structural, piping, equipment installation — and deliver shutdown and turnaround maintenance campaigns onshore and offshore.<br>The Role We are hiring a Senior Estimation Engineer / Project Estimator to own EPC project estimation: structural, piping, mechanical and equipment installation, civil interfaces and site services for ADNOC group and industrial clients. You will build estimates on the company's man-hour norms, historical contracts and tender library — and sharpen them with actuals from every executed job. This is an estimator-first role. architectural or civil engineering and 8+ years’ experience in AEC industry, minimum 3 years’ experience in Middle East region.</li><li>5+ years’ experience in digital delivery of complex, multidisciplinary project (Information Management/BIM).</li><li>Information Management certification by a relevant institution e.g. BRE, Operam Academy, RICS etc.</li><li>Software certification such
