This role exists to ensure that complex corporate data and strategic insights are presented through clear, functional, and reliable web interfaces. You will work closely with our principals to build tools that help our clients visualize their operating models and governance structures with precision.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Our firm was founded on the principle that critical business problems do not require a team of twelve associates and a hundred-page methodology deck. We believe that family groups, government entities, and large corporations need experienced partners who can form a rigorous view and defend it. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant organizations in the region. We focus on clarity over complexity, providing honest, independent advice to holding companies and founders. We operate as a fully remote firm, prioritizing the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets. If a project is not a fit for our expertise, we are direct about it, and if it is, we stay involved until results are delivered.

What you will do Develop and maintain clean, efficient user interfaces for internal research tools and client-facing dashboards. Translate complex financial data and strategy visualizations into accessible web components for our Dubai-based financial services client. Collaborate with principals to ensure technical designs reflect the firm's specific strategic requirements and brand standards. Research emerging frontend technologies that can improve the performance of our client reporting tools. Support the firm in building custom governance portals that help large holding companies manage their portfolios.

What we are looking for A fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script, with an interest in building functional corporate tools. Clarity of thought and the ability to explain technical decisions using plain English rather than jargon. Strong written precision, ensuring that all technical output and communication is professional and error-free. A logical approach to problem-solving and a curiosity about how digital tools support high-level business decisions. Basic familiarity with at least one modern frontend library or framework, such as React or Vue, through academic or personal projects. An eye for detail regarding layout, typography, and visual clarity, ensuring interfaces are easy for executives to navigate. A willingness to learn the nuances of corporate governance and how software can assist in portfolio management.

How we work
We operate as a decentralized firm where results and logical rigor matter more than physical presence. This role is fully remote, which requires a high degree of professional maturity and the ability to communicate clearly through written channels. We avoid unnecessary meetings and corporate rituals, focusing instead on the quality of our mandates. Because we are a principal-led firm, you will receive direct mentoring from partners who are actually accountable for the outcome of the work. We maintain a sober, professional environment where every technical choice is expected to be backed by sound reasoning. This structure allows us to remain agile and focused on providing portfolio clarity for our clients without the distraction of traditional office politics.

What the role offers A permanent, full-time position with the flexibility of a fully remote work environment. Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry level engineering role within the professional services market. Direct exposure to the technical needs of significant regional holding companies and government entities. A professional culture that values intellectual honesty and direct communication. The opportunity to build specialized technical skills within the context of high-level corporate strategy.
About the role
The Graduate Project Manager role provides the essential coordination and structural support required to execute complex mandates for our clients, including an ongoing engagement for a Dubai-based financial services firm. We require an organized thinker who can track various project components without losing sight of the core strategic objectives. This position ensures that our principals can focus on high-level advisory while the mechanics of each project remain precise, timely, and well-documented.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large-firm consulting model. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead. If a project is not a fit for our expertise, we are direct about it. If it is, we stay involved until the decision is made and the results are delivered.

What you will do Maintain project timelines and internal resource logs for our current mandate with a Dubai-based financial services firm. Conduct targeted research into market trends and regulatory changes that affect client portfolios and holding company structures. Assist principals in drafting concise briefing notes and governance frameworks that translate complex data into clear recommendations. Track the status of different workstreams to ensure no detail is overlooked during a client scaling transition. Form a preliminary view on operational bottlenecks based on data provided by clients and internal analysis. Organize internal documentation and records so that the rationale for every decision is preserved and easily accessible. Prepare summary reports that outline project progress and highlight potential risks to the timeline. Support the principals in coordinating communication across different stakeholder groups involved in a mandate.

What we are looking for A high level of written precision and the ability to explain logical steps clearly in plain English. Natural curiosity about how large holding companies and financial institutions operate and generate value. Strong organizational habits that allow you to manage multiple threads of a mandate simultaneously without losing focus. A degree in business, economics, or a related field that demonstrates analytical training and academic rigor. Comfort working in a fully remote environment that requires proactive communication and self-direction. The ability to identify when a project is drifting from its original scope and call attention to it early.

How we work
We have replaced the traditional office with a model that prioritizes the quality of analysis over physical presence. Every member of the firm works remotely, using clear communication and shared documentation to stay aligned on our mandates. Mentoring happens through direct involvement in partner-level work rather than through formal training programs or HR initiatives. We value a quiet, focused approach where everyone is accountable for the outcome of the client engagement. Our firm avoids the aggressive growth targets of larger consultancies, focusing instead on delivering clarity for a select number of clients who value independent, honest advice.

What the role offers Direct exposure to senior principals and high-stakes corporate decision-making processes. A permanent, full-time position that is 100 percent remote. Competitive pay that is attractive for the entry-level market. The opportunity to contribute to significant projects, such as our current work with a Dubai-based financial services firm. A professional environment that values intellectual rigor and respects professional boundaries.
