<li>Update periodic HR dashboards, analyze KPIs and metrics and recommend solutions in coordination with the HRM</li>
<li>Update and monitor HR policies and SOP’s, procedures and related forms as well as job descriptions and organizational charts for all departments</li>

<li>Maintain and update the HR database, records and employee files while monitoring schedules, attendance and leaves for proper action</li>
