The role focuses on mitigating operational risk, maintaining data integrity, and monitoring investment decision-making through timely and accurate reporting. The position also drives process improvements, automation, and strategic initiatives to enhance operational resilience.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><br><ul><li><p>Manager, Middle Office is responsible for the investment governance framework across all funds and mandates.</p><br></li><li><p>Maintain and Monitor investment guidelines in line with prospectuses and signed agreements. </p><br></li><li><p>Review and Report trade execution is in line with best execution and broker concentration policy</p><br></li><li><p>Report on Active and Passive breaches to Investment Governance Committee</p><br></li><li><p>Carry out daily NAV variance checks </p><br></li><li><p>Report on monthly TERs to Finance </p><br></li><li><p>Handle due diligence on new counterparties onboarding and ongoing periodic reviews.</p><br></li><li><p>Ensure SOPs are updated and signed off by</p><br></li><li><p>Ensure periodic Rebates and Trail processes are completed </p><br></li><li><p>Support for new business or projects. </p><br></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Experience: </strong></p><br><ul><li><p>MBA/Post Graduation with Finance background</p><br></li><li><p>CISI IOC certification preferred </p><br></li><li><p>Over 5 years’ banking experience in a Investment Operations role or in a similar function</p><br></li><li><p>Strong understanding of capital market instruments</p><br></li><li><p>Knowledge of asset management functions with specific experience in Middle Office</p><br></li><li><p>Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point. </p><br></li></ul><p><strong>There’s never been a better time to join Emirates NBD. </strong></p><br><p>We’re one of the region’s most recognisable brands.
