This is a strategic and hands-on role suited to an experienced marketer who can combine creativity, data and market insight to drive qualified visitor attendance, support exhibitor acquisition and strengthen the Beautyworld brand in the Saudi Arabian market.<br>What You’ll Be Doing Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to attract and retain visitors and exhibitors across digital, email, social, PR and media partnerships. Research market trends, competitor activity and audience developments to identify new opportunities and keep campaigns relevant. Develop campaign messaging and oversee creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution across all channels. Lead audience segmentation and content planning to effectively target key visitor and exhibitor groups. Own and manage the campaign drop schedule, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure activity is delivered on time. Manage the marketing budget, allocating spend effectively across channels to maximise ROI. Develop and implement data-driven acquisition strategies targeting both visitors and exhibitors. Monitor and analyse campaign performance against KPIs, using insights to continuously optimise marketing activity. Work closely with the creative team and Head of Marketing to shape the overall look, messaging and positioning of the event. Build strong relationships with media partners, suppliers, exhibitors and show partners to maximise campaign reach and engagement. Collaborate closely with sales, creative, operations, PR and other internal teams to support the continued growth of Beautyworld Saudi Arabia.<br>What You’ll Bring3+ years’ marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, digital marketing, analytics and reporting. Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and external suppliers. Confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills. Exhibition, large-scale events or Middle East experience would be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, analytics, CMS and paid media platforms. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or a related field. A creative, proactive and highly organised approach, with the ability to deliver at pace and manage multiple priorities.<br>Why Join Us?
