Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Contracts Administrator to support the contract and commercial management functions on major rail and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective contract administration, contractual compliance, and commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.</p><br><p>This position requires strong Quantity Surveying and contract administration experience, including practical knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract within large scale design and construction environments. <p>Citi’s Middle East and Africa (MEA) Investment Banking team is seeking a highly motivated <b>Junior or Senior Associate — effectively Associate 2 or Associate 3 level — to join us in our Dubai office</b>. The role will support the execution of a broad range of investment banking transactions and new business development initiatives across the <b>Middle East and Africa region</b>, working closely with senior bankers, clients, product partners and external advisors.</p><br><br><br><p>The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across M&A, equity capital markets, debt capital markets and strategic advisory assignments, with exposure to a diverse set of sectors, geographies and client types across MEA. This role will be responsible for ensuring robust planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting across the full project lifecycle.</p><br><p>The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in the management of design and or construction phases of large scale rail projects, with a strong preference for High Speed Rail project exposure.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><p>• Lead the development and implementation of project controls frameworks, processes, and systems across the project<br>
