The role ensures that vehicles experiencing breakdowns or issues in the field are promptly attended to and restored to service, and that the fleet is consistently maintained in good working and presentable condition. Key Responsibilities1. Roadside Assistance Respond promptly to breakdown, malfunction, or stranded-vehicle alerts in the field. Travel to the vehicle's location to perform on-site diagnosis and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate recovery/towing of the vehicle to a service point when on-site repair is not possible. Keep the operations team updated on incident status and expected resolution time.2. <p>The LiveOp Management Operation role is the day-to-day engine of the live-operations issue loop.
