<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:<br>Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment (e.g., boilers, chillers, and air handling units/controls), including charging refrigeration systems, replacing air filters, and cleaning coils.<br>Test and record boiler, condenser, and open/closed loop systems water quality and take any necessary corrective action such as adding chemicals to prevent corrosion and harmful deposits <br>Activate valves to maintain required amounts of water in boilers, to adjust supplies of combustion air, and to control the flow of fuel into burners<br>Carry out minor Plumbing & Mechanical works for HVAC systems & Equipment, as required<br>Monitor and inspect HVAC Plant/Equipment, BMS computer terminals & outstations, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks or malfunctions, and to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently and safely<br>Maintain engineering area is safe, kept clean and in an orderly manner. Keep close coordination with other engineering staff for smooth operation. <br>Participate in departmental meetings and training etc. <br>Assist in energy conservation programme, follow up with banquet staff to save electricity and air conditioning when meetings are over. <br>Comply with hotel and corporate LSOP’s and SOP’s. <br>To attend all safety and fire training and adhere to safety instructions at work to prevent any accidents. <br>Document all work performed and any spares used.<br>Serve as an active member of hotel emergency response team. <br>Carry out any requests asked of you by your immediate supervisor.<br>Take active role in the TQM process. <br>To ensure that you maintain a high level of hospitality and guest concern. <p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>We are seeking an accomplished and highly organised Senior Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the Founder</p><p>across businesses and investments in the UAE, India and the United Kingdom.</p><p><br></p><p>The portfolio includes established education and real estate businesses in India, companies in the UAE and UK, and new</p><p>investment opportunities. The Group also plans to establish a UAE family office to manage its growing global investment</p><p>portfolio.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a high-trust role combining executive assistance, cross-border business coordination, meeting management and</p><p>responsibility for the smooth operation of the Dubai office.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Executive Support</b></p><p>- Manage the Founder's calendar, priorities and appointments across multiple businesses and time zones.</p><p>- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations and supporting materials.</p><p>- Review incoming correspondence and highlight matters requiring the Founder's attention.</p><p>- Handle confidential business, investment and personal information responsibly.</p><p>- Ensure the Founder is fully prepared for meetings and key commitments.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Global Business Coordination</b></p><p>- Act as a central coordination point between the Founder and senior leadership teams globally.</p><p>- Liaise regularly with executives and functional heads at Woxsen University, SLP and the Group's other operating companies</p><p>globally.</p><p>- Maintain visibility over key developments, deliverables, approvals and deadlines.</p><p>- Ensure effective communication between the Founder's Office and management teams.</p><p>- Coordinate matters businesses.</p><p>- Follow up with CEOs, senior executives and stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.</p><p>- Provide regular summaries of outstanding actions, delays, risks and matters requiring attention.</p><p>- Coordinate board, management, investment and adviser meetings.</p><p><br></p><p><b>UAE Business and Investment Coordination</b></p><p>- Coordinate administrative matters for the Group's UAE companies.</p><p>- Liaise with free-zone authorities, banks, auditors, tax advisers, lawyers and other professional advisers.</p><p>- Maintain corporate records, licences, contracts, compliance calendars and renewal dates.</p><p>- Support the establishment of new companies, investment vehicles and business ventures.</p><p>- Coordinate documentation and meetings relating to expands.</p><p>- Maintain effective filing, document-control and information-management systems.</p><p>- Help establish processes for the Founder's Office and future family office.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Candidate Profile</b></p><p>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management or a related discipline.</p><p>- At least 3-5 years of experience supporting a Founder, Chairman, CEO or senior business leader.</p><p>- Previous UAE experience is strongly preferred.</p><p>- Experience coordinating senior stakeholders across multiple businesses, countries and time zones.</p><p>- Exposure to Indian and/or UK business environments would be advantageous.</p><p>- Experience in a diversified business group, Chairman's office, family office, investment company or professional-services</p><p>organisation is preferred.</p><p>- Exceptional written and spoken English.</p><p>- Strong ability to prepare professional minutes, executive summaries, presentations and action trackers.</p><p>- Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills.</p><p>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and modern productivity
