<p>We are seeking an experienced Lead Process Field Engineer to support construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and field engineering activities for a major ADNOC Onshore project. The ideal candidate will provide on-site process engineering support, resolve technical issues during construction, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.</p><br>
<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><br>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ol><li><p>Take overall responsibility for technical management at the regional company level, including the establishment and continuous improvement of technical management systems, procedures, standards, and workflows.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical management, support, and guidance to projects within the region, and coordinate the resolution of major technical issues and construction-related challenges.</p></li><li><p>Organize and review major method statements, construction plans, technical proposals, and specialized construction method statements, ensuring their technical feasibility and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Participate in tendering and project pre-construction planning activities, including the review and guidance of technical proposals, technical submissions, and related technical documentation.</p></li><li><p>Promote technical standardization, construction method optimization, and technical innovation to improve project delivery quality and construction efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Conduct technical management inspections, supervision, and performance evaluations across projects, identify potential technical risks, and propose corrective and improvement measures.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the technical analysis and resolution of major quality issues, technical incidents, and engineering claims, providing technical support for project delivery and commercial management.</p></li><li><p>Lead the development of the regional technical team by providing guidance, coaching, and professional development to project technical personnel.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate technical communication with clients, consultants, designers, relevant authorities, and other stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Perform other technical management duties as assigned by the company.</p></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 8 years of experience in construction technical management,</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in large-scale residential, villa, high-rise, infrastructure, or integrated construction projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of construction technical management systems, with the ability to independently review construction method statements, construction plans, technical proposals, and relevant engineering documentation.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of the entire project construction lifecycle, including pre-construction planning, technical preparation, construction execution, quality control, and project completion and handover.</p></li><li><p>Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to effectively resolve complex construction-related technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop project technical teams.</p></li><li><p>Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to conduct technical communication, document reviews, and meetings in English.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations, codes, and local engineering management requirements is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience with major construction projects in the UAE is preferred. Relevant professional qualifications or internationally recognized engineering certifications will be an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of responsibility, organizational and coordination skills, and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-project and regional management environment.</p></li></ol><p></p></section>
