<span>Reporting to the CMO, you will help build and run Janus Digital's global marketing engine.<br> The CMO owns strategy and direction; you are the clear number two, leading day-to-day delivery across the marketing remit, with genuine scope to shape how we work as the function scales.<br> Responsibilities: Product marketing & GTM enablement: refine the master positioning framework and vertical value propositions; guard the brand across every market and channel; build competitive messaging and differentiation against named competitors; and equip Country Commercial Directors and partners with the full toolkit (ROI calculators, pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling, case studies, leave-behinds).<br> Run win/loss analysis and a live competitive-intelligence matrix.<br> Growth & demand generation: architect and deploy targeted multi-channel ABM against priority account lists; pioneer paid Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and advertising within AI chatbots and assistants; manage hands-on paid media (complex paid LinkedIn architectures, Google SEM and paid search); build the always-on organic SEO/AEO engine; and shape executive roundtables and strategic event presences (for example GITEX, UKREiiF).<br> Social, content & executive positioning (interim): help run our social channels, LinkedIn first; ghostwrite executive-voice posts for senior leaders; and direct an AI-assisted content engine (white papers, reports, blogs, long-form posts, carousels, video).<br> We expect to hire a dedicated social or comms lead as we scale; this is not a long-term comms role.<br> Agentic AI & MarTech ecosystem: partner with the CMO and our internal AI Office to design and run an agentic AI marketing ecosystem across the full workflow.<br> Be the hands-on technical owner of a deliberately lean, AI-native stack (CRM, sales intelligence, visitor intent, a marketing data warehouse, dashboards, a code-first headless website, and consent tooling), orchestrated through Slack and Claude.<br> You can deploy, integrate, and evolve this independently, without an ops team.<br> Lead performance reporting and dashboards against the agreed attribution model, tracking marketing's contribution to pipeline and value created.<br> SUCCESS METRICS By Day 30: master the Janus Digital narrative, our outcome-based commercial model, and the brand message house; take operational ownership of the MarTech stack; align with the CMO and Country Commercial Directors on priorities; take over the LinkedIn channel and executive posting cadence; and launch integrated ABM outreach in Singapore.<br> By Day 60: stand up performance reporting against the agreed attribution model; materially advance the sales and partner enablement toolkit; and have the content calendar agreed with the CMO and in production.<br> By Day 90: launch integrated ABM outreach in the UK; have paid AEO/chatbot pilots, paid LinkedIn, and SEM live and generating data; feed organic SEO/AEO recommendations into the website roadmap; and record and report qualified pipeline contribution.<br> Experience: 8 to 12 years of progressive B2B technology marketing, selling to C-suite decision makers through long, trust-led cycles (not self-serve or product-led SaaS).<br> You must have experience either marketing to PE, VC and institutional finance, or marketing data and intelligence services (for example, Bloomberg).<br> You will be an early marketing hire in a scaling company with a genuine builder mentality.<br> You will have practical experience running campaigns across Singapore and APAC, and the UK and Europe.<br> Familiarity with real estate, the built environment, or proptech is desirable but not essential, as is exposure to partner-led (B2B2B) go-to-market motions.<br> Technical skillsets: expert, hands-on experience running Google Ads, SEM, and complex LinkedIn paid architectures; prior exposure to AEO (paid and organic) is highly desirable; and, ideally, a track record of independently rolling out and configuring core stacks (CRM, automation, data and reporting), with the adaptability to run a lean, AI-native stack rather than a traditional enterprise suite.<br> AI literacy & writing: hands-on experience embedding AI utilities across marketing workflows (beyond copywriting); sharp technical and commercial editing and narrative writing; and confident ghostwriting in an executive voice for senior-leader social channels.<br> Nice to have True Number Two Leadership: You will work hand-in-hand with the CMO as a critical partner.<br> While the CMO owns the high-level strategy, you will lead day-to-day delivery, enjoying genuine autonomy and the scope to define how the function scales across the full marketing remit.<br> A Defined Runway to CMO: This role begins as an individual contributor position with zero direct reports on day one, making it the perfect step up for an ambitious Senior Manager ready to transition into a major leadership function.<br> As the business expands, you will build out your own team Build a Future-Proof Skillset: We are explicitly rejecting bloated legacy tech suites to build an innovative, lean, agentic AI marketing ecosystem.<br> Operating here means you will pioneer uncharted acquisition frontiers—like paid and organic Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and chatbot advertising—developing a rare, highly marketable expertise in AI-native growth methodologies.<br> High-Stakes Global Execution: Moving completely past traditional transactional SaaS playbooks, you will master complex, trust-led commercial storytelling targeted at C-suite economic buyers.<br> You will directly influence the global pipeline across institutional finance and enterprise markets in major international hubs, including Dubai, Singapore, and the UK.<br></span> </div>

</u></strong>– App Store Optimisation (ASO) — iOS App Store and Google Play; keyword strategy, listing copy, screenshots, A/B tests
– Apple Search Ads — campaign types, CPP structure, keyword match types
– Deep linking — how they work, deferred deep links, why they matter for campaigns, how to troubleshoot
– Mobile user acquisition funnels — install → registration → KYC → first transaction → retention
– Re-engagement and retargeting for lapsed mobile users
<strong><u>Attribution & Measurement
</u></strong>
– Adjust — campaign tracking, deep links, cohort analysis, fraud filtering, SKAdNetwork (SKAN)
– Multi-touch attribution — understanding different models and their tradeoffs, not just reading dashboards
– Incrementality testing — knowing the difference between correlation and causation in performance data
– UTM discipline — consistent campaign tagging, source/medium/campaign/content/term, and QA
– SKAdNetwork — understanding post-iOS 14 privacy constraints and how they affect reporting
<strong><u>Analytics
</u></strong>
– GA4 — event schema design, funnel analysis, explorations, audience building, custom reports, BigQuery export
– Firebase Analytics — mobile event tracking, user properties, debug view
– Mixpanel or Amplitude — product analytics, cohort retention, funnel drops; at least one is required
– UTM tracking, campaign tagging, and data hygiene across all tools
– Ability to read and QA data exports and SQL outputs — you don’t need to write complex queries but you need to understand results and flag anomalies
<strong><u>CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
</u></strong>– Insider — journeys, segments, A/B testing, push notifications, in-app messaging, web personalisation, onsite campaigns
– Push notification strategy — timing, frequency capping, copy, deep link targets, opt-in rate optimisation
– Email marketing — automated flows, segmentation, deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, bounce handling)
– SMS marketing — particularly relevant for emerging-market user bases
– Lifecycle thinking: mapping a user from first install to loyal customer, building flows for each stage, measuring drop-off
– Re-engagement campaigns — win-back flows, churn prediction signals, incentive design
<strong><u>SEO
</u></strong>
– Technical SEO — crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang for multilingual sites
– On-page optimisation — keyword research, content briefs, title/meta, internal linking strategy
– Off-page — backlink strategy, digital PR, local citations
– Tools: Ahrefs or SEMrush (must have hands-on experience with at least one), Screaming Frog, Google Search Console
– ASO as the mobile equivalent of SEO — keyword ranking, listing conversion, review management
<strong><u>Social Media & Content
</u></strong>
– Organic strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, and YouTube
– Content calendar management, scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or native schedulers)
– Short-form video — understanding what makes content perform on each platform; able to brief creators and UGC partners effectively
– Community management — responding, engaging, escalating when needed
– Influencer and creator partnerships — sourcing, vetting, briefing, tracking results with UTMs and promo codes
– Social listening — brand monitoring, competitor tracking, trend identification
<strong><u>AI-Augmented Work
</u></strong>– Claude — for research, campaign analysis, audience insights, and competitive research; daily use, not occasional
– Prompt engineering — knowing how to get reliable, structured output; iterating on prompts based on results
– AI-powered creative tools — awareness and hands-on experience a strong plus
<strong><u>Performance Reporting
</u></strong>
– Weekly and monthly reporting across all channels — owned from data pull to insight to recommendation
– CAC, ROAS, CPI, LTV, activation rate, retention rate, D1/D7/D30 — you know what drives each metric
– You act on data. You don’t just present it.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Nice to Have:-
– Experience marketing a regulated financial product (wallet, remittance, payments, banking)
– UAE, GCC, East Africa, or Latin American market experience
– <strong>Bilingual: Arabic or Spanish a strong advantage
</strong>– Google Tag Manager — event setup, triggers, debugging
– Affiliate and referral programme management
– Experience working in a lean team where you had to own the full function yourself
<strong><u>What This Role Is Not
</u></strong>– A management position — this is a full hands on job!
– An account management role — you are not briefing an external media agency
– A strategy-only role — you are accountable for execution, not just recommendations
<strong>Requirements
</strong>
– 3+ years in a hands-on digital marketing role (agency or in-house)
– Demonstrable results — be ready to present real campaigns and real numbers at interview
– Fluent English, written and spoken
– Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
