It ensures the production of high-quality analytical outputs, supports financing operations, engages in policy dialogue with fiscal authorities, and contributes to building capacity in fiscal policy and public financial management across the region.<br>ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIESKey Accountabilities<br>Lead fiscal surveillance for member countries, analyzing public finances, debt sustainability, budget execution, and medium-term fiscal frameworks. Oversee preparation of fiscal sections of country reports, policy briefs, and regional fiscal outlooks. Identify fiscal risks, emerging vulnerabilities, and structural challenges impacting fiscal stability. Ensure high accuracy and analytical rigor of fiscal datasets and assessment tools.
