Tendering & Proposal Management Support and coordinate tendering activities, including RFQ evaluation, technical clarifications, and bid preparation. Prepare and negotiate commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with proposal management, finance, and execution teams. Ensure proposals meet customer requirements while maintaining compliance with Siemens policies and profitability objectives. Planning, Reporting & Compliance Utilize Salesforce CRM for opportunity management, forecasting, reporting, and sales planning. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience 5 to 10 years of techno-commercial sales experience within the electrical power, protection, control, or automation industry. Experience in the Middle East region is highly preferred. Arabic speaker is preferred Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in B2B environments. Experience working with channel partners, distributors, EPCs, OEMs, panel builders, and system integrators. Technical Knowledge Strong knowledge of protection relays, RTUs, power quality meters, digital fault recorders, and power automation solutions. Solid understanding of power system protection principles and applications.
