All electrical and gas operated equipment to be repaired and maintained at high standard. Make sure all kitchen & laundry equipment in proper and in good working condition. Responsible for coordination and prioritizing repair tasks to respond in a timely manner and provide timely repairs and reduced downtime. Implement the task activity in Restaurant, Back of House, Kitchen and Laundry equipment and others hotel area for troubleshooting or routine Preventive Maintenance activity. Handle the routine checklist for overall kitchen compliance in the property with HACCP and hygiene standards Maintain all lighting in laundry & kitchen area including lighting at cold rooms, fridge etc Update daily performance and follow up in Log Book Perform any other duties that may be assigned to him Able to work any shift that is assigned to him by Management or Supervisor Assist to others section or technician in overall activity, especially for electrician Assist Duty Engineer to re-stock the daily consumable material in workshop area such as Essential and consumable material Order and maintain inventory of equipment spare parts as needed Responsible for attending new equipment training. Training and demonstrating team members in the proper safe use and operation of equipment. Inspect and verify the operation and safety of commercial kitchen appliances. <strong>Job Overview</strong><br>The Repair Machine Champion (RMC) is responsible for coordinating and executing machine shop repairs for damaged, nonconforming, and rework components. The role provides end-to-end ownership across technical scope, supplier alignment, inspection requirements, documentation, and delivery follow-up to ensure safe, compliant, and timely repair execution.
