Review engineering calculations, technical drawings, specifications, design documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering change requests to ensure technical accuracy and compliance. Manage engineering resources, project schedules, budgets, procurement support, contractor coordination, and technical risk assessments to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct engineering reviews, root cause analyses (RCA), failure investigations, reliability studies, value engineering, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including project delivery, engineering quality, equipment reliability, productivity, cost performance, safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and innovation outcomes. Ensure compliance with international engineering standards, ASME, API, ISO, ASTM, local regulations, HSE requirements, quality management systems, and organizational policies. Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, inspection authorities, and regulatory agencies to support engineering and project objectives. Drive digital transformation initiatives through Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Building Information Modeling (BIM), Digital Twin technologies, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered engineering analytics, predictive maintenance, and simulation tools. Utilize engineering software such as Auto CAD, Solid Works, Inventor, CATIA, Creo, ANSYS, Autodesk Revit, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, project management software, and business intelligence platforms to monitor engineering performance and generate actionable insights. Prepare engineering reports, technical proposals, project dashboards, executive presentations, design reviews, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Master's degree or professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are highly advantageous. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, product design, manufacturing engineering, plant engineering, industrial engineering, or related roles.
