Job Overview Our recruitment firm is seeking an Electronics Industrialization Technician (M/F) on behalf of our client based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and process optimization projects on production lines. Participate in First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and production qualification processes. Develop and maintain Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and generate Acceptance Test Reports (ATR) to ensure product compliance before shipment. Conduct cost analyses and feasibility studies for the industrialization of new products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Supply Chain, and Production departments, while managing external subcontractors.<br>Qualifications & Skills Experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or methods engineering. Strong knowledge of ERP systems used for manufacturing management (BOMs, routings, work orders, production data).
