<p>Requirements:</p>

Key Responsibilities:
• The Site Architect will be based on-site and will support the implementation of the architectural design during the construction phase. The role involves monitoring architectural works, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant local authority regulations and project standards, while assisting in coordination with contractors and other disciplines. The Site Architect will work closely with the Senior Architect and the wider project team to maintain design integrity, resolve site issues, and monitor construction quality and progress.
• Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with approved design documents and project specifications. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software; familiarity with BIM workflows is a plus.
