This role is available for immediate joining and is for an initial 5 month contract as an outsourced employee through J10 Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
• The Site Architect will be based on-site and will support the implementation of the architectural design during the construction phase. The role involves monitoring architectural works, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant local authority regulations and project standards, while assisting in coordination with contractors and other disciplines. The Site Architect will work closely with the Senior Architect and the wider project team to maintain design integrity, resolve site issues, and monitor construction quality and progress.
• Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with approved design documents and project specifications. Highlight discrepancies and coordinate with the Senior Architect for final approval. • Monitor daily site activities to ensure architectural works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, and adherence to design intent. Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in coordinating architectural works with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, landscape, and ID to ensure seamless integration on-site.
• Support the Senior Architect in resolving design-related issues by preparing sketches, clarifications, and coordinating with the design office when required.
• Attend site meetings and coordination sessions, documenting discussions, action items, and ensuring timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards by monitoring site practices and reporting any violations.
• Assist in reviewing mock-ups and material samples to ensure alignment with design intent and project requirements.
• Prepare site reports summarizing progress, issues, inspections, and observations for submission to the Senior Architect or Resident Engineer.
• Support the preparation and verification of as-built drawings throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with contractors to clarify design requirements and ensure timely execution of architectural works.
• Identify potential delays or risks related to architectural works and escalate them to the Senior Architect for action.</p><p>Site Architect Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5–8 years of architectural experience, with at least 3–5 years working on-site in the UAE or GCC region.
• Good understanding of UAE building codes and construction regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software; familiarity with BIM workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing site challenges.

Job Purpose<br><p>As a Maintenance Control Duty Engineer, you will be responsible for tactical management of fleet health, oversight, and management of technical and operational events outside of main base. You will provide technical support and guidance to outstations engineering teams as well as support to Network operations to manage recovery from disruptions.
