Job Purpose:<br>To monitor, control, and analyze project costs throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring that financial targets and budgets are achieved. The role focuses on maintaining cost efficiency, providing accurate financial reports, and supporting management in decision-making to ensure profitability and cost optimization within civil contracting projects.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>1. DCIM Project Engineer will be engaged in identifying, analyzing and resolving complex solutions relating to data center infrastructure management (DCIM). Prepare and submit environmental compliance documentation to regulatory authorities, including GOSI and the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Support the adoption of digital tools for environmental monitoring, such as GIS and BIM integration.<br><br>Required Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental engineering within the construction or infrastructure sectors. Professional certifications such as ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, LEED AP, or Mostadam Practitioner. Strong knowledge of Saudi environmental regulations, including the Saudi Building Code (SBC). Proficiency in environmental monitoring tools and software, such as GIS, Auto CAD, and Primavera P6. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Familiarity with international standards such as OSHA, NEBOSH, and ISO 45001.<br><br>Preferred Qualifications<br><br>Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
