We are looking for a Technical Service Administrator to coordinate daily service and installation activities, ensuring cases are correctly scheduled, followed up, documented, and closed on time. Key responsibilities include: <ul><li>Review new service and installation cases and verify customer, product, warranty, and complaint details.</li><li>Assign the correct engineer based on work type, technical skill, location, and availability.</li><li>Confirm appointments and manage rescheduling, cancellations, and customer updates.</li><li>Track open, repeat, parts-pending, quotation-pending, and escalated cases until closure.</li><li>Coordinate with technicians, Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, QC, Spares, Procurement, Finance, and suppliers.</li><li>Track spare-part requirements, availability, ETAs, issuance, usage, and returns.</li><li>Ensure service reports, photographs, checklists, spare usage, and approvals are complete before closing cases.</li><li>Maintain accurate system records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.</li><li>Support engineer rosters, attendance, leave records, training schedules, SOPs, and ISO documentation.</li><li>Escalate delayed, blocked, repeat, or high-priority cases to the Technical Service Manager.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.</li><li>Good communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.</li><li>Appliance or UAE technical-service experience is preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Scheduling and assignment accuracy.</li><li>Timely follow-up and escalation of pending cases.</li><li>Accuracy of system data and reports.</li><li>Customer update compliance.</li></ul>
