Ensures re blending of slow or non-moving lube grades by coordinating with the Laboratory and Quality Control, in order to produce better selling grades reduce waste and promote savings. </span></p><br><p><span><strong>Inventory Control and Reconciliation</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Oversees the daily/ weekly and monthly dip taking of the base oils and additives storage tanks by using the calibration records for each tank to check the volume and temperature, in order to calculate the correct quantity to ensure that there is sufficient material available to meet requirements.</span><br><span>• Oversee preparation of daily base oil and additives stock statement, showing the existing stock of bulk material by listing how much is in each tank and type of product.</span></p><br><p><br><span><strong>Raw Material Receipt and Stocking</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Arranges and oversees the receipt, sampling and discharge of bulk liquid additives containers and ensures that delivery discharge is into the correct tanks. Checks the quantity and quality then makes the goods received notes manually for approval by department manager and for submitting to the lube stores.</span></p><br><p><span>• Oversee the receipt of the product from vessel including deciding on the discharge sequence, gaining approval from the vessel master, checking of quality prior to unloading, pigging to eliminate contamination between products, ensures that documents are checked to ensure that the quantity delivered corresponds with the bill of landing etc.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>ISO Audit Management</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Undertakes ISO coordinator duties for the Production Optimization Department and assists the department manager with control, distribution and disposal and upgrade of related documents.</span><br><span>• Ensures the timely completion of non-compliance reports and attends review meetings in order to address any shortcomings within the division.</span></p><br><p><br><span><strong>Performance Monitoring and Reporting</strong></span></p><br><p><br><span>• Monitors the budget and continuously reviews manpower and operating expenses of toll blending operations, transportation costs, inventory losses etc.</span><br><span>• Continuously reviews the various cost elements/ heads and develop & drive initiatives for increasing productivity, reducing the overall cost of operations.</span><br><span>• Ensure updating of daily production details in system. Job Summary<br>The QA/QC / Technical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations. The role also coordinates technical documentation, drawings, inspections, material approvals, and communication between the project team, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Quality Assurance & Quality Control Implement the Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures. Conduct inspections of ongoing works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and related quality documentation. Monitor workmanship and identify quality issues or non-conformities. Issue, track, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions. Maintain QA/QC records, checklists, inspection reports, and test reports. Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and approvals.<br>Technical Coordination Coordinate the review and distribution of approved shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents. Ensure all project documentation is current and properly controlled. Liaise with project engineers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding technical matters. Monitor drawing revisions and ensure only the latest approved documents are used on site. Assist in resolving technical issues and coordinate design clarifications. Support project close-out activities, including preparation of as-built documentation and handover packages.<br>Documentation & Reporting Maintain document control for technical and QA/QC records. Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports. Track outstanding inspections, approvals, and document submissions. Maintain project logs for RFIs, submittals, inspections, and NCRs.<br>Coordination Coordinate with procurement to ensure approved materials are delivered to site. Support project planning by monitoring inspection schedules and documentation timelines. Attend coordination meetings and provide updates on quality and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with client requirements, contract specifications, and company procedures.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in QA/QC and technical coordination within construction, fit-out projects. Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is an advantage. Knowledge of construction standards, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
