<br><ul><li>Secure proper application of quality system in production, enhance and deploy Quality standards across manufacturing activities using advanced engineering principles and methodologies. </li><li>Treat customer complaint and secure manufacturing process accordingly utilizing a data-driven engineering approach. </li><li>State during ProLaunch phases about manufacturing readiness (Quality risk assessement) and project results alignement with Production and customer Quality targets, for NPI and transfered PCBA.</li><li>Deploy an apply Quality policy and tools for operational purposes, in manufacturing processes and production areas through systematic engineering analysis.</li><li>Track and analyse production quality key performance indicators: mainly OEE (FPY) and SPC, and define related action plan with Production and Technical teams.</li><li>Support Industrialization program manager for Quality performance assessement and risk definition, during ProLaunch and Transfer phases (Component PPAP Status, PCB and PCBA PPAP).</li><li>Validate with technical team, Test equipment compliance with Quality targets (repeatability and capability, mechanical stress, Test coverage, etc..) and Pilot Runs quality results (Product compliance with specifications, defect rate below targets, etc..).</li><li>Active participant to PFMEA, Control plan definition, managed by Industrialization Program Manager.</li><li>Write IQC control plan and work instruction, as well as Packaging work instruction.</li><li>Manage Component quality status in case of non conformity: Release, blocked, to be scrapped, and manage with SCM, supplier complaint and refunding process.</li><li>Act as Quality interlocutor for other EATON plant and EMS , and for internal/external quality/customer audit.</li><li>Support Production Continuous Improvement initiatives, SMED, Kaizen events, RIE, VSM.</li><li>Lead, as Quality expert, cross functional team for Customer and internal quality crisis root cause analysis , and action plan definition.</li><li>Enhance I4.0 initiatives with Quality requests related to Traceability, SPC, and other needed inputs for quality purpose.</li></ul><br>Qualifications:
