• Procurement of nominated subcontract packages from the receipt of Engineer’s Instruction to Finalizing the works
• Assist in estimating the new project such as sending enquiries, follow up, paper works, sending pre tender queries to the Engineer, updating the vendors, working on selling price etc.</p><p>Senior Quantity Surveyor Experience:
• BSC in Quantity Surveying from a recognised institution preferred
• Experience in post contract and sub-contract procurement works on major civil construction building projects.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience with at least 1-2 years’ UAE, experience in recognised main contracting companies
• Knowledge in the use of QS and SAP software is required;
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
