<p>Our client is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. This role is essential within a main contracting company and requires strong technical knowledge of building construction, site coordination, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments in the UAE, with the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Site Execution & Supervision
· Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications
· Monitor construction progress and ensure activities are completed according to project timelines
· Coordinate site manpower, subcontractors, and resources efficiently
· Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and sequencing
Technical Coordination
· Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents before execution
· Coordinate with consultants, architects, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues on-site
· Identify design clashes and raise RFIs where required
· Ensure all works comply with project specifications and engineering standards
Quality Control
· Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
· Conduct inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented for non-conforming works
· Support QA/QC teams during inspections and handover stages
Planning & Reporting
· Track daily progress and prepare site reports for project management
· Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities
· Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement/logistics teams to avoid delays
· Report any site challenges, delays, or technical issues to management promptly
Health & Safety Compliance
· Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards
· Coordinate with HSE teams to maintain a safe working environment
