<li>General Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in the preparation, supervision, and implementation of the Finance Department's business plan.</li><li>Direct departmental activities in alignment with company strategies and policies.</li><li>Review all financial and accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and proper supporting documentation.</li></ul></li><li>Finance Department Management<ul><li>Develop job descriptions for finance staff and obtain management approval.</li><li>Foster teamwork and collaboration within the department.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.</li></ul></li><li>Accounting System (Focus ERP)<ul><li>Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the accounting system.</li><li>Coordinate with the software provider regarding system enhancements and updates.</li><li>Train users on the system when required.</li><li>Manage user access rights and system permissions.</li></ul></li><li>Annual Budget<ul><li>Prepare the annual budget.</li><li>Monitor expenditures against the approved budget.</li><li>Obtain approvals for budget amendments or exceptions.</li><li>Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual performance against budget.</li></ul></li><li>Dealer / Customer Accounts<ul><li>Ensure implementation of the company’s commercial policies.</li><li>Review sales transactions, returns, discounts, and receipts.</li><li>Manage monthly customer account reconciliations.</li><li>Control customer credit limits and prepare periodic credit reports.</li><li>Monitor inventory held on consignment by dealers and hypermarkets.</li><li>Oversee collections from retail customers.</li><li>Prepare annual dealer rebate calculations and settlements.</li></ul></li><li>Supplier & Service Provider Accounts<ul><li>Review supplier invoices and supporting documentation, including customs and clearance documents.</li><li>Coordinate supplier approval and payment processes.</li><li>Maintain organized physical and electronic purchasing records.</li></ul></li><li>Inventory Control<ul><li>Supervise periodic inventory counts.</li><li>Chair the annual inventory count committee.</li></ul></li><li>General Accounting & Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare monthly financial reports.</li><li>Maintain accounting records and the chart of accounts.</li><li>Maintain supporting schedules for prepaid expenses, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts.</li><li>Reconcile ledger balances with internal and external records.</li><li>Maintain a well-organized document archiving system.</li></ul></li><li>Cash, Banking & Financing<ul><li>Supervise monthly cash counts.</li><li>Chair the year-end cash count committee.</li><li>Manage company cash balances and liquidity.</li><li>Maintain relationships with banks and provide </li></ul></li>

<ul>
<li><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.</li><li>Minimum <strong>8–10 years of progressive experience</strong> in accounting and finance.</li><li>At least <strong>3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control, and financial analysis.</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems, preferably <strong>Focus ERP</strong>.</li></ul></li>
