<p>The<strong> Lifting Appointed Person </strong>will be responsible for the planning, coordination, control, and safe execution of all lifting operations across assigned EAC projects in Abu Dhabi.</p><br><p>The role will ensure that lifting activities involving mobile cranes, crawler cranes and other lifting equipment are properly assessed, planned and executed in accordance with approved lifting procedures, project HSE requirements, applicable UAE/Abu Dhabi regulations, client requirements and recognized international lifting standards.</p><br><p>The position will have Use menu engineering, sales mix, contribution margins and guest preferences to improve revenue, profitability and the overall dining experience. Support the development of culinary events, chef collaborations and experiences that strengthen the hotel’s market positioning.<br><br>Sustainability<br><br>Lead kitchen sustainability initiatives, including food waste reduction, responsible sourcing and efficient use of energy and water.
