Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located at Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Mechanical Engineer – AC & Refrigeration Maintenance. The Mechanical Engineer will lead and manage the AC and refrigeration maintenance team, overseeing the operation and maintenance of the factory's ammonia (NH₃) refrigeration plant along with all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising and coordinating technicians, monitoring equipment performance and breakdowns, managing spare parts, and preparing regular maintenance reports for management. Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in MEP construction and site supervision. Proven experience in industrial and steel structure related projects Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing and drainage, firefighting systems, and external utility services Good knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements, including ADCD, TAQA, and other applicable Abu Dhabi regulations. Experience in reviewing Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statements and Technical submissions.• Excellent communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills. • Must hold valid UAE Driving License.
