Duties and Responsibilities: Event Coordination:Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs, including menu selection, dietary requirements, and event details. Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and event planners to plan and execute catering events. Manage event timelines, ensuring timely delivery and setup of catering services. Address any issues or concerns that arise during events, providing prompt solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.<br> Administrative Support:Manage and maintain accurate records of catering contracts, invoices, and client information. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing estimates for catering services. Coordinate with clients regarding event changes, updates, and additional requirements. Handle communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective information flow. Manage inventory and procurement of catering supplies and equipment.<br> Staff Coordination and Training:Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for events. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to catering staff.
