<p>Job Summary: The Storekeeper – Interior Fit-Out is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables required for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures proper stock management, accurate inventory records, timely material issuance, and compliance with company procedures to support uninterrupted project execution. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, equipment, and consumables against purchase orders and delivery notes. Verify the quantity, quality, and condition of materials received and report any discrepancies or damages. Organize and store materials safely in designated storage areas to prevent damage and facilitate easy retrieval. Issue materials, tools, and equipment to project sites based on approved material requisitions. Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory transactions in the ERP or inventory management system. Conduct regular stock counts and periodic inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement team for timely replenishment of materials. Track the movement of materials between the warehouse and project sites. Ensure proper labelling, identification, and storage of all materials. Maintain records of goods received notes (GRNs), delivery notes, material issue vouchers, and return notes. Coordinate with project teams regarding material requirements, shortages, and delivery schedules. Monitor the condition and maintenance of warehouse equipment and storage facilities. Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse. Implement safe storage practices and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports. Requirements Diploma or High School Certificate; additional certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in interior fit-out, construction, joinery, or manufacturing industries. UAE/GCC experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and review Methods Statements, Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis Plans. Works in line with Company HSE Policy ensures Contractors subordinate are aware of, and comply with HSE procedures, rules and regulations for Rigging / Lifting Activities.
• Able to manage the process for verifying the competency of Lifting Team (Appointed Person, Lifting Supervisor, Crane Operator and Rigger / Banksman)
• Have Broad based knowledge and conversant with international standards relevant to Lifting Equipment and Operations
• Remain up to date with Health & Safety at Work Guidelines

<p>JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting into the Country Manager, the Service Manager will lead a team of Service Engineers to ensure operational, technical and financial performance targets are met for their assigned depot.
This will include service improvement and any associated financial budgetary oversight while constantly seeking improvements to drive operational excellence. In this highly autonomous role, he will also develop and implement plans to ensure that projects and repairs are delivered on time and within the specified budget.
