<ul><li><p>Perform <strong>preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance</strong> of mechanical and electrical equipment.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and repair <strong>bottling lines, machinery, motors, panels, sensors, drives, pumps, conveyors, and utilities</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ensure high <strong>equipment availability, reliability, and OEE</strong> with minimum downtime.</p></li><li><p>Maintain critical spares, tools, maintenance records, and preventive maintenance schedules.</p></li><li><p>Support <strong>PLC, automation, VFD, and control systems</strong> and equipment improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Production, Quality, HSE, and other departments for smooth plant operations.</p></li><li><p>Train operators on basic machine operation, equipment care, and safe working practices.</p></li><li><p>Ensure maintenance activities comply with <strong>HSE, quality, and company standards</strong>.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Diploma/Technical qualification</strong> in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.</p></li><li><p><strong>5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience</strong> in FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing.</p></li><li><p><strong>Must have strong practical knowledge of Sidel, Krones, and Valuepack bottling machines/lines.</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>bottled water/beverage production and high-speed bottling lines</strong> is mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including <strong>motors, sensors, drives, PLCs, control panels, pneumatics, and automation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>UAE/GCC experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, OEE, and equipment reliability</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proactive, safety-conscious <strong>team player with strong problem-solving skills</strong>.</p></li></ul>
