<p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto AC Technician with a background in servicing heavy trucks and heavy equipment to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The role involves troubleshooting AC faults, carrying out preventive maintenance, and performing repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards to minimise equipment downtime.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems on heavy trucks and heavy equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify faults in AC components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, hoses, and electrical systems.
- Perform refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, leak detection, and refrigerant charging in accordance with safety standards.
- Replace defective AC parts and ensure systems are operating efficiently after repairs.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and servicing of vehicle air conditioning systems.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical AC faults.

Candidates should ideally have a technical diploma or certification in automotive engineering or vehicle maintenance. Candidates should have prior experience as an automotive mechanic or inspector, preferably with multi-brand vehicles and used car evaluations. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to follow structured checklists, and strong written reporting skills in English. Candidates should be able to work on-site in Dubai, hold a valid driver’s license, and adhere to safety, quality, and ethical standards.
