<p>The Director of Masterplanning will lead the planning, vision, and design direction for major development programmes across a leading Abu Dhabi developer's portfolio. The role will shape large-scale communities, destinations, mixed-use developments, waterfront projects, and strategic urban initiatives from concept through delivery.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong masterplanning expertise, commercial awareness, consultant leadership, and the ability to balance design excellence with development viability, infrastructure integration, sustainability, and long-term place value.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Lead the planning and design direction for complex masterplanning programmes.

* Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or related discipline.

* MIN 3 years UAE EXPERIENCE
* Significant experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams on complex developments.

<b>Job Purpose</b> <br><p>Supports the network planning team with system updates and reporting related activities ensuring effectiveness is in line with the set measures and company’s adopted policies and procedures. Also, to coordinate airport slots and facilitate planning for ad hoc & charter flights requests with a key objective of optimum aircraft usage on profitable routes. </p><br><br><b>Key Result Responsibilities</b> <br><ol><li>Apply and negotiates slots for all additional & ad hoc extra for (L2) and (L3) airports. This includes communications with Airport Authorities, Civil Aviation and Commercial Sales teams. </li><li>Obtains timely approvals from Airports and Civil Aviation Authorities on all schedules and extra flights as per adopted procedures. Manages schedule changes resulting from different causes such as operational requirements, commercial reasons, airport slots approvals, or weather conditions etc. </li><li>Maintains an up-to-date database of airports/airlines codes based on IATA manual for coding and communicates the data to concerned stakeholders as necessary. <h4>About the role</h4>
<p>The Revenue Analyst will be working with the Director of Revenue to define, design, develop and execute business reports and analyses that establish actionable business insights into the performance of both brand level and property specific revenue trends and opportunities.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<p><strong>Strategy support:</strong> By assisting the Director of Revenue Management with essential administrative duties and fulfil reporting and analysis tasks, it will ensure that the RM strategies as defined by the team can be executed in an efficient and pro-active manner. Providing contingency along with the Reservations Manager in the event of absence is also an element in the delivery of strategy objectives.</p>

<li>Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance. Perform competitor checks and report as appropriate.</li>
<li>Assist the DORM in identifying soft periods and developing promotions and strategies.</li>
<li>Support the DORM in effective implementation of Four Seasons Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures (Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segmentation, Profiles, and all other PMS/ORS related RM functionality).</li>
<li>Action rate solicitations as directed and maintain rate plans.</li>
<li>Ensure the hotel has Best Rate Guarantee compliance, and work with the DORM to minimize or eliminate rate parity claims against the hotel.</li>
<li>Assist the DORM with daily updates of the Revenue Management Reports and ensure all data input into the system is accurate (Geo Source, Product Quality, Pricing). Opportunity to assist with all aspects of budget preparation.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of 30-60-90 day fully updated forecasts. Work with the DORM to prepare longer term forecasts and achieve hotel forecast accuracy goals.</li>
<li>Participate in the property’s weekly Strategy Meeting and contribute to the Daily Operations Meeting.</li>
<li>Review and analyze data on an ongoing and end of month basis. Provide monthly reports on production, trends, booking and stay patterns as well as channel analysis. Evaluation of the distribution channel performance and potential reasons for this performance.</li>
<li>Analyze competitive reports and formulate appropriate suggestions for strategies through use of STR Reports.</li>
<li>Daily communication with our Reservations and Front Office and Sales team to share best practices.</li>
