<p>We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and helping entrepreneurs and companies successfully establish and expand their presence in the UAE. Experience in corporate services, company formation, or business setup is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

•A results-driven sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the UAE.

<p><h4>Role overview</h4>
<p>The relationship manager will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and maintaining relationships with HNI/NRI clients, as well as driving growth in assets under management (AUM) for the investment funds promoted by the firm. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record across various investment products. The successful candidate will lead client relationship management, effectively promote approved funds, and ensure full compliance with UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) regulations as well as the firm’s internal policies.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>

<li>Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar; advanced qualification (MBA, CFA, CFP) preferred.</li>

Job Description – Senior Facility Manager Location: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (Site-Based) Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)<br>Position Overview<br>INFRAROSE is seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee the efficient management, operation, and maintenance of all site facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and productive working environment for project teams, employees, and visitors.<br>The Senior Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination of facilities management activities, including accommodation, catering coordination, utilities, maintenance services, administration support, security coordination, and workplace services. The role will also provide oversight of the site IT function, ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, systems availability, and effective management of IT professionals supporting site operations.<br>The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity and service excellence across the project site while maintaining compliance with company standards, health and safety requirements, and contractual obligations.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Facilities Management & Site Operations<br>Lead the overall facilities management function for the INFRAROSE project site in Kinshasa. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all site facilities, including offices, accommodation facilities, common areas, welfare facilities, and support infrastructure. Develop and implement facility management procedures, standards, and service delivery processes. Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor facility-related contracts, service agreements, and supplier performance. Accommodation & Camp Management<br>Oversee employee accommodation services, ensuring adequate living conditions for site personnel and expatriate staff. Monitor accommodation standards and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.<br>3.
