<h2>Job Description</h2><p>Takefluence is looking for a proactive and social-media-savvy <strong>Creator Manager</strong> to help us grow our creator community in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.</p><p>In this freelance role, you will identify creators and influencers, introduce them to Takefluence, help them join the platform, and support them as they begin working with brands.</p><p>Your role is to find, communicate with, onboard, and support creators.</p><p>The position is fully remote, has no fixed working hours, and can be combined with studies, another job, or freelance projects.</p><h2>What You Will Do</h2><ul><li>Find suitable creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram and other platforms.</li><li>Identify creators based on their location, language, niche, audience, and content quality.</li><li>Contact creators through direct messages, email, comments, or other appropriate channels.</li><li>Introduce creators to Takefluence and explain available brand collaboration opportunities.</li><li>Help creators register, complete their profiles, and join their first offer.</li><li>Guide creators through generating tracking links or promotional codes.</li><li>Follow up with creators and help them complete their first publication.</li><li>Maintain communication with your assigned creator network.</li><li>Track your outreach and weekly results.</li><li>Complete 2–4 measurable tasks assigned by your Team Lead each week.</li></ul><h2>Compensation</h2><p>This is a freelance, task-based opportunity and does not include a fixed salary.</p><ul><li>Earn up to <strong>$125 per week</strong>, depending on task completion.</li><li>Earn up to <strong>$500 per month</strong> when weekly tasks are completed in full.</li><li>Partial task completion is paid proportionally.</li><li>Payments are made monthly for tasks completed during the previous month.</li><li>There are no fixed working hours; you organize your schedule independently.</li></ul><h2>Who This Role Is Suitable For</h2><p>This opportunity may be a strong fit for someone who regularly uses social media, understands the local creator landscape, enjoys communicating with people, and is comfortable working independently.</p><p>Previous experience in influencer marketing is helpful but not required. An existing network of creators is an advantage, but you can also learn how to find and approach creators during training.</p><h2>Skills</h2><h3>Desired Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.</li><li>Good understanding of the UAE and/or Saudi Arabian social media market.</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram.</li><li>Ability to identify relevant nano- and micro-influencers.</li><li>Confidence in sending outreach messages and following up consistently.</li><li>Ability to communicate opportunities clearly and professionally.</li><li>Basic ability to use Google Sheets, Telegram, email, and online platforms.</li><li>Good organization and time-management skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working without constant supervision.</li><li>Comfortable with freelance, performance-based compensation.</li><li>Previous experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, recruitment, sales, community management, or business development is an advantage.</li><li>An existing network of creators or influencers is a strong advantage but is not required.</li></ul>

Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising case strategy across multiple practice areas, reviewing and approving major legal opinions and contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and professional standards. The Owner will also manage financial performance, set policies and procedures, represent the firm at industry and client events, and cultivate partnerships that support sustainable expansion. Collaboration with senior lawyers, support staff, and external stakeholders is essential to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.<br>Qualifications<br> Extensive legal practice experience in one or more core areas such as litigation, corporate advisory, or regulatory compliance, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance oversight, and the ability to foster an inclusive, high-integrity workplace culture. Business development and client relationship management capabilities, with experience in networking, strategic partnership building, and retaining key clients. Operational and financial management skills, including experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvement in a professional services environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL. B) or equivalent; an advanced law degree (LL. M) or business-related qualification is an advantage. Admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction and a record of adherence to professional and ethical standards. Prior experience in firm ownership, partnership, or senior management within a law firm or legal department is highly beneficial.
